Summary
Phainon and Mydei have an exceptionally complicated relationship. They're college students, best friends, roommates, friends with benefits, one has a crush on the other... It's, ultimately, difficult and bound to become more of a mess because of their lack of communication and the obvious, but not obvious to Mydei, one-sided crush, which is not supposed to be existent because of their "strict" rules.
But that miscommunication and unawareness won't ever stop Phainon being head over heels for his dear roommate! Nor will it stop his pursuit for Mydei.

But what drew Mydei to Phainon was him having the most stunning eyes Mydei has ever seen. Crystalline blue with golden specks around the pupil, the child stares at Mydei- unblinking for a moment, before turning his head to burrow into his father’s shirt with a muffled gurgle. Something in Mydei breaks, he wants to squish Phainon’s round cheeks- he can imagine how soft it would be.
“He’s turning three this year, isn’t he adorable?” Audata coos, trying to get Phainon out of his father’s shirt. Mydei can see the red blush on the tips of Phainon’s ears. He wants to melt into a pile of goo, this kid is too much for his heart!

Toji struggled with acceptance, not for any other reason than the fact that he was having a very hard time accepting that his daughter was now his...son.
It's not his fault that he became obsessed with the girl that Megumi was trying so hard to forget.
It started simple: Toji sneaking in to sniff his daughter's (son's) panties when he was picking up to do some laundry. Then he started watching Megumi in the shower… then peeking in as Megumi changed. Toji's favorite moment was the time he walked in on Megumi while Megumi had two fingers buried deep inside himself.
And then one day, Toji just gets a little too drunk.
