Summary
Huayong, a loner and seemingly indifferent college student, harbors deep feelings for his mature senior, Shaoyou. Along with Shaoyou's cheerful younger brother, Dingjie, the three are forced to form a friendship because Dingjie believes his first queer friend on campus should be able to get along with his open-minded and protective older brother.
Shaoyou is straight. He makes this clear from the moment Huayong make a subtle move on him. But Huayong doesn't really care much.
He's known for living by his own rules. He never goes to parties, never stays late, always runs off, and basically lives in the middle of nowhere.
But soon, the Sheng siblings realize it's not without reason.
Huayong is hiding something, or someone to be precise, and he's fiercely protective of it.

"Wait—Qiu? You want me to … now?" Xing asked, his eyebrows shooting up. He felt the familiar weight of Dingjie’s intent and he knew exactly what the older man was angling for.
Usually, Xing was the one in control. He preferred being the top, enjoying the way he could ground Dingjie after a long day of the older man playing big on set. But tonight, Dingjie had a look in his eyes that made Xing’s stomach flip with a mix of anticipation and genuine wariness.
Dingjie leaned in, "I want to take care of you tonight. Let me."
Xing’s eyes narrowed playfully, "Every time you top, Qiu, you get ... a little much."

Xing's reactions always come out natural and unpredictable. He'll squeal when he finds something cute. He'll yell when he's surprised by something. Fans probably find him both cute and adorable, since he could let out those high and cute expressive sounds when his actual voice is so low and heavy. But to Dingjie, those sounds provoked another reaction. Something primal and more lewd, something that always made Dingjie want to quickly finish his day's activities and lock Xing in the room and strip off all his clothes. Because he knew, he could make Xing let out more of those adorable, expressive sounds. Sounds that only Dingjie has the permission to hear.
