Summary
There’d been a handful of episodes, he’d been informed— violent nightmares Nico’d had during stays at the infirmary, during which the surrounding air would drop to freezing temperatures and the overhead lights would flicker, even having blown out on a few occasions. Chiron made mention of some especially concerning occurrences, informing him of unintentional raisings of the undead and splittings of the earth, mostly taking place during what Chiron referred to as “flashbacks”. About what, he wasn’t specific, but Hades could certainly make some sound speculations.
Or, Hades learns of Nico’s mental health struggles via inquiry to Chiron and reaches out to his son. Their tumultuous father-son relationship is explored as they learn about one another and Hades attempts to offer his fatherly support. Rated T.
