Banri is now in college and he realizes that growing up involves facing feelings he's been purposely avoiding. It gets harder and harder when the source of said feelings is so close to you, literally.
He went from almost living alone due to his parents usually travelling around for work to living in a dorm full of weird but nice people. He went from being bored of everything and everyone to being passionate about something for the first time and sticking with it.
He went from wondering what kind of person Taruchi was to playing right next to him.

Summary
After the Extra Game the Generation of Miracles try to get in better terms with each other. It is summer break and Kise managed to gather them all and Kagami in Akita (mostly because it was easier to convince the other's to go there to escape the heat of the summer than make Murasakibara move). But once they get there some old not solved issues begin to show and Aomine is more of an idiot than usual.
All that Kise wanted was to spend a fun and friendly week with his friends; but now it looks like anything but fun.

Dabi slurps noodles once more.
“Did you…um,” Fuyumi adds next, “ever run into each other?”
“I tried to kill him,” Dabi says next. “I burned his wings.”
There’s a squeak. Natsuo’s and Fuyumi’s eyes widen.
“Don’t worry,” Hawks reassures. “I lived.”
“Stubborn bastard,” Dabi grumbles almost immediately. He lifts the bowl to sip broth. “I threw him out a window.”
“I lived then, too,” Hawks reassures before they can have another scandalized gasp. “Don’t worry. It’s how he shows his affection.”

Post-war, Todoroki Touya is pardoned from his crimes, while Hawks gains a new title: the Dabi Whisperer.
