Summary

He really will.Then a serial killer starts murdering everyone Steve Rogers has ever slept with. On that list are 11 men. One of them is Tony Stark. And suddenly, Steve is confronted with a reality that is very far removed from the idyllic one he created in his head. With the looming threat of public exposure; the harsh memories of a childhood he worked so desperately to forget; and the terrifying countdown until their murderer reaches the Avengers Tower all crushing down on him at once, Steve is forced to not only figure out who the hell is behind the killings - but also to reckon with the kind of man he wants to be once he makes it out of this.

Summary
When the last dregs of Hydra’s Captain America are finally wiped clean by his and Tony’s hands, he does two things:
First, he donates a metric fuckton of money to a rotating ensemble of queer mutual aid funds, housing programs, and restorative therapy collectives – no names or fanfare, simply the quiet transactional clicking of wire transfers at three in the morning, his jaw clenched and his stomach hollow with something that feels like penance but probably isn’t. He tells Tony that it’s just a gesture as they sit in his brand-new brownstone shooting the shit when the man nearly falls off the wagon again and needs some company so he doesn’t drink himself to stupor and back. Tony tells him that gestures matter. Steve isn’t sure if that makes it better or worse.
Second, he walks into a Sephora.
