Summary
Harry Potter has always had a presence within him. While others believe it to be Voldemort, and everyone assumes he is the Heir of Slytherin, they are mistaken. Voldemort was not the presence. Instead, Harry possesses ancient memories belonging to Salazar himself. He has realised that allowing the world to believe he is the Heir of Slytherin would be far more beneficial to him than revealing the truth.
However, the world has changed significantly, and he must do his best to appear normal. Harry Potter is meant to be a normal wizard, after all. He hopes he can simply lead a quiet life.

After Harry’s disciplinary hearing, he’s forced to be re-sorted. After everything he’s been through and everything he’s learned, he severely doubts that he can give the sorting hat the same convincing speech as in first year.

Stiles would like to say he first realized his best friend had been turned into a werewolf because of his keen powers of observation and knowledge of both Scott and the supernatural world. He prefers for his lies to have a purpose though, so he’s forced to admit that he had no idea what had happened until the moment Scott said, “What the fuck, dude, are you wearing a Halloween costume? Why do you have a tail?”
