Peter Parker was not having a good year, but to his credit, he was trying. The weight of being Spider-Man in a city where every corner whispered memories that weren't really his anymore was a constant setback to his so-called "progress." He'd thought it would be a quiet morning, but his Parker Luck had other plans, landing him in... this place. Gotham wasn't exactly known for its hospitality toward outsiders, especially heroes whose themes didn't involve bats or birds.

Summary
While on a trip to Gotham, Auny May ends up in the hospital and Peter ends up in foster care. While Happy scrambles to get them both back in New York, Peter tries to lay low in the crime capital of the world. Soon enough, Spider-Man is being listed in the news as missing and meanwhile, famous photojournalist Peter Parker is found taking photos of the infamous Bats. The chaos will probably blow over relatively quickly and Peter isn't concerned, not until he wakes up one day and he's been adopted by the Drakes.
Takes place post-Blip. Tony is alive.

Peter was having a good year, great even. They defeated Thanos, his internship was going well, his villains weren't causing that much trouble, he was even managing to take more photos for his photography account on social media. So, things were great, if he were more confident in his luck, he would even dare to say the Q-word. So, of course, he shouldn't be surprised when something goes wrong, so terribly wrong.
He and May were on their usual trip to take pictures of heroes and vigilantes, this time in Gotham, when that attack happened. Now May is in the hospital and everything and everyone he knows is in another state and he has no idea how long it will take for him to get home. And the cherry on top of it? He has to survive alone in Gotham of all places.
But who would know that in this tragedy he would find a little brother along the way? Peter most definitely didn't.
> Or, after the death of his aunt in Gotham, Peter, somehow, ended up being fostered by the Drakes of all people. But, hey, at least he got a brother over it.
[AKA I wanted more platonic Tim and Peter, and what better way than making them siblings?]

In a world where people are assigned to be a Hunter or a Hunted, Peter Parker is assigned Hunted. This term doesn't mean what it used to, but it remains a word with a negative connotation.
Peter often visited the Smithsonian, to see the Captain Rogers exhibit. The man who was assigned Hunted, and got a serum that made him Hunter. Peter often dreamed of an opportunity like that, the opportunity to be better.

Tim now stared at the papers in his hand with disbelieving eyes. Holy fuck, Bruce is going to kill me.
The buzzing of his phone broke through his thoughts, and for a moment, Tim considered flinging it across the room to shut it up. Then, apparently the phone had been so insistent and non-stop for the past few minutes, that Percy had begun to stir.
Good timing. As soon as Percy's eyes fluttered open, Tim shoved the marriage certificate and license in front of his face.
“Hey, remember last night?” Tim asked as he watched Percy groggily scanned over the certificate.
Tim waited patiently for the man's brain to catch up, watching him furrow his brows as he tried to read the written text over and over. Then, a good few minutes later, he dragged a hand down his face in defeat.
“I'm actually dyslexic,” Percy said, flatly. His eyes fluttered close again.
Tim wanted to shake him.
OR; Tim wasn't one for impulsive decisions, but Percy definitely was.

Peter Parker was just eleven years old when he broke into Oscorp and accidentally acquired spider themed powers. He was just eleven years old when he refused to stop a robber and got his uncle killed. He was just eleven years old when he went out as Spider-man for the first time, determined to live up to his uncle’s legacy and use his powers for good.
Along the way, Peter gets close to fellow vigilantes, Daredevil, The Punisher, and Moonknight to name a few.
Peter became a vigilante to help the little guy, to be the friendly neighborhood Spider-man that Queens sorely needed. His job was to be there for the everyday crimes that The Avengers ignored.
He was going to do everything in his power to help as many people as possible, but what happens when doing the right thing, means turning his back to his childhood heroes?
Or: A rewrite of Spider-man in the MCU where he’s a pre-teen who is far more aligned with the vigilantes rather than with The Avengers.
