Summary
Since I found the original Episode 9 to be rushed, too short, and lackluster in content for a movie/ending, I rewrote the script to include more fanservice for Abstragedy, lots of corrections to plotholes, answers to questions, and a rewritten alternative to the "SOMA" theory while sticking to the original plot of the show. If you weren't happy with the ending either, hopefully this one's a little better for you.

“Do you know why the rule about apprentices being able to choose their own master came about?” Master Qifrey said at last, turning to look down at her. He pulled a comb out of his pocket and gestured for her to shift closer. She turned so he could begin very very gently teasing out the knots in her hair as he spoke.
Qifrey caused a lot of trouble during his time as an apprentice in the Great Hall. Not all of it was intentional however. When Beldaruit falls ill, Qifrey is told he cannot stay alone, and a new master will have to be found for him.

Qifrey never thought he'd have any buiness in the Zoza Peninsula's royal residence Ezrest Castle, but when Coco's and Agott's self-purifying, self-disposing magic waste pot caught the attention of King Deanreldy during the witch's procession, he found himself accompanying his precious apprentices to the throne room for "an audience with the King" as they say. Things take an unexpected turn when, having been denied entry to the audience room, Qifrey encounters a group of brimhats disguised as castle attendants with unknown intentions...
