Summary
Izuku has Distressed Nesting Syndrome. It is when omegas hyperfixate on their nest an unhealthy amount, it is a byproduct of anxiety unique to omegas. Izuku barely gets any sleep because of it. Ironically, Izuku is an interior designer for omegas with DN. He is able to help others but not himself. His mother refers him to a clinic called Alpha Care, that helps omega based issues.
That is where Izuku meets his Alpha medical care professional, Bakugou Katsuki.

The crowd yells. Multiple hands wave, screaming that they own the undergarments.
Katsuki grips his mic with a new found determination.
"You all fuckers find me at the backstage after the con, Imma need to know who owns this so I can knot and knock them up!"
Then, Katsuki puts on a show of sniffing the fabric before he sticks it on his cargo pants' pocket, ignoring the deafening scream of his fans.
Whoever owns this underwear, he needs to find him.

Summary
Izuku's bills are past due and he can't find a stable job that will hire male omegas. His shitty cafe job doesn't make rent, let alone pay for heat aid or anxiety medication. So when he finds a job ad for a fact checker for the comic series he loved as a kid, and they don't ask for his secondary sex, he doesn't hesitate to apply to work at Dynamight Group, LLC.
Then the job he thought he was getting was changed: now he's going to be the personal assistant to the CEO. Fine, no big deal. He can handle this.
Until it turns out that the CEO is none other than Bakugo Katsuki, the alpha he bloomed for when he presented. He hasn't seen Kacchan in nearly ten years and one of the first things he does is pin Izuku to the wall.
Maybe he can't handle this.
