The silence that followed in the courtyard garden was absolute, broken only by the soft sound of the wind against the glass panes.
Time seemed to freeze. Childe locked up on the spot. His fingers, which were holding a delicate sugar pastry, went limp. The pastry slipped, crashed to the floor, and shattered into tiny pieces.
"Hm... Did I say something wrong, Tartaglia?" Columbina asked, genuinely curious about his sudden paralysis.
"YES! I mean... no! Agghhh!" Childe covered his face with both hands, elbows propped on the table, letting out a muffled groan of pure mental collapse. "It's complicated!"

Childe chokes. Audibly.
“No! I mean—yes. But no. I mean—fuck, Zhongli, you can’t just say it like that!”
“I seek understanding.”
“You’re too good at it!”
Zhongli tilts his head. “Then… perhaps you might elaborate.”
“Are you—you—asking me to explain a kink to you over dessert?”
Or, Childe says “Daddy” once, and Zhongli makes it everyone’s problem.

Summary
“Oh, Feo—” Zandik clears his throat before he gets to call Feofan by his real name as that’s something they only do when they’re alone but he remembers there’s Pierro in the room with them right now. They only call each other by their real name when they’re alone. “...We’re doing a medical checkup. Hope you don’t mind waiting for a bit. We’ll be done soon.”
Feofan doesn’t leave the infirmary, only standing at the door with no words uttered. Zandik takes it he understands and is waiting for them to finish.
Zandik continues to do his medical checkup on Pierro and can’t help but admire Pierro’s body at the same time. To be fair, Zandik’s pretty well-built himself but Pierro is much larger than him and compared to Feofan, on the other hand…
The sudden scent of pheromones across the room catches Zandik off guard, a sweat dropping on his face as he figures the source coming from none other than the alpha who’s currently standing at the door. Feofan.
