Aka: I explore what it would be like where the focus in on the original characters. And what background characters feel like during an episode.
Nobody dies or hangs themselves. It just happened to be what I came up with.

Summary
Shawn tightened the grip on his helmet more. As if he could squeeze and squish the material. The hard plastic of the visor had a little more give to it, but still nothing broke or compressed like he wanted it to. His fingers strained and cramped under the tight grip he had on his helmet. Staring down its smeared and stretched reflection on the black surface. His image was enveloped in a shadowy display thanks to the dark of the plastic. And some of his face was broken apart by stretches here and there. This Helmet had been with him since before his journey. But the heat on Shawns face stayed. And he knew things were about to get a lot crazier from today on forward.

Summary
Shawn often struggles with feelings. And connections. And just keeping all of that in check. He just had no idea it would really change things like this.
His whole world is under construction. And he’s gotta figure out where the nuts and bolts fit into place. It’s up to Shawn to take the next step. Even if it means building it too.
So for once in his life, running is the best thing he can do. Even if it’s just for now at least.

When the war ended the paladins stayed in touch, seeing each other every year in memory of Allura. Well almost all of the paladins. After the war ended, Keith left Earth to live with Coran, Krolia, and Kolivan on a planet a few galaxies away. No one, other than the people he lived with, knew why. He never showed up for the yearly meetings. Coran would always defend Keith, telling the others that he was very busy with work.
What happens when Coran invites the paladins to their home for the next memorial meeting. what will their reactions be after finally getting to see Keith five years later.
