    Quinlan fell in love with Fox from the moment he first saw him. There were many things wrong with this. First, Fox was property of the Republic. He was not free to love him back. Second: Fox trusted no one except his Commanders. Coruscant was kill or be killed, and Fox was no less of a predator than his namesake. And third, and the most damning: Fox hated his guts.
