Summary
Summer 1985. The Cold War burns across the planet, as the two great superpowers vie for ideological domination. This fire burns greatest in the green plains of Central Germany, where NATO and the Warsaw Pact stand locked in a fragile peace, divided only by an Iron Curtain that stretches across the continent.
This peace is shattered when the curtain is broken- forces pour in through the Fulda Gap, starting the war that so many had feared for decades. But the invading army is not what anyone has ever expected. The hordes of Soviet armor formations are absent- replaced by an army of Legions and Wyverns, slaughtering it's way through the German countryside. The Saderan Empire raids the East and West alike, looting the strange riches of this world, before being thwarted by the numerous PACT and NATO forces present.
Having defeated the incursion, the superpowers set their sights on the two mysterious Gates that remain. Fueled by rage and and a strive for resources, the Soviet Union and the United States prepare to enter a new world.
