Summary
Hiccup Haddock is just trying to survive senior year, robotics club, debate team, a crush on Astrid he can't work up the nerve to act on, and a dad who's the city's police chief and increasingly hard to talk to. Then a lab accident changes everything, and Hiccup finds himself with abilities he never asked for and a growing double life he can't tell anyone about, not his mom, not his best friend, and definitely not the infuriatingly charming new guy, Jack, who keeps popping up everywhere Hiccup goes.
As Hiccup learns what it means to have power he didn't choose, he also starts to realize his heart's been quietly changing its mind about who he wants standing next to him when things get hard. But something is stalking the city that feeds on exactly that kind of want, and Hiccup is about to learn that the people you love most can also be the easiest way to hurt you.

I'm so happy seeing another chapter!! Jack is so real for wanting to run away from a giant fire breathing flying lizard, I would too. I would if hiccup would turn arround from the guilt of hurting Jack, only to find him running off the moment he leaves. It would be funny to see him pull a astrid and just snatch him from the ground with toothless like he did with astrid in the first movie. I love your writing and I hope you continue to get enjoyment out of it.♡♡
