Summary

When the officer paused, Leonard took a step closer, “What was his name?” The hoarse urgency caught Dunn off-guard. The usually relaxed Nighthawk’s shoulders had risen, posture tense.
The second officer, the one with the stack of notes, answered the question. He took a photo from the stack, turning it around to face the Nighthawks. Frye glanced up from the corpse as well. “The other student was Klein Moretti-“
“KLEIN!?” Leonard cut the officer off.
Dunn’s gut dropped.
Frye was the calmest of the three, though his expression tightened, “Benson’s brother?”

When Madara awoke, he had expected darkness.
Caught off guard on a mission gone awry, injured, and trapped in a blizzard, he had been easy pickings for a party of Hagoromo Kekeii Genkai traders. Though he put up a fight, it was ultimately useless. He was poisoned, his eyes taken, and then left to bleed out in the snow. He had expected death at best, and blindness at worst.

The story is about two clans that had been enemies for hundreds of years and will have to find out how to live in peace.

A fight between Senju and Uchiha reveals something unexpected that leads Uchiha Madara to question one of his own clan members. What he finds out changes the cause entirely and Madara is tired. If he wants his clan to survive then he needs to follow his own instincts and stop letting others dictate what's best for the clan.
