The Bat-boys are turned into kids by a new form of Fear Gas. Bruce decides he wants to try again with them, with trials and tribulation of course.
The boys still have their present mindsets, but get occasional kiddy tendencies, which most cannot handle. But nothing their partners can't fix--even if Bruce gives them mad side-eyes--for their loves.

Patrol was supposed to be simple, but instead, Batman found himself on his way to wrangle Scarecrow, and place him under arrest. The alert had been sent while Batman was on his way back to the Wayne manor, so he was last on the scene.
“We got a situation, Batman,” Red Robin spoke through the comms. “Hood has been compromised. Going in” Batman’s heart started to speed up. It was alright, his boys could handle themselves. That thought was wiped once the comms cut out with a crackle, Robin’s shout fizzling out, along with a curse from Tim.

Summary
Felix, an underground hacker who has been outing the rich and powerful’s wrongdoings, has finally been arrested and charged for his ‘crimes’. He can either go to prison or plead guilty for an alternative sentence: becoming the little of any powerful couple that wants him.
He refuses to plead guilty but the jury takes such pity on him that he receives the alternative anyway.
