Summary
A chaotic explosion of unknown magic sends Harry to a foreign and unrecognisable toxic wasteland. He has his wand, Hermione's beaded pouch, a ruined city to take shelter in, but no way home.
Once settled and fearing for his sanity in this isolated place, he decides to take one of the many dead dragon eggs laying about to keep him company. It turns out the egg isn't as dead as he thought, though.
It's safe to say that Corlys Velaryon was not expecting to be bringing a wizard of unimaginable power and a thunder of dragons back home with him when he sent off on his ninth and final voyage.

Once settled and fearing for his sanity in this isolated place, he decides to take one of the many dead dragon eggs laying about to keep him company. It turns out the egg isn't as dead as he thought, though.

Breakdown of the dragons in order of age:
Galene - a bright and gleaming light blue with pearly horns (2 at the top of the head and 2 from the side of her head), lithe. Female. Loves science and discovering new things no matter the subject; calm and rational; mother to Persephone
Loki - deep forest green with pale green horns (2 at the top of the head) and frills, stout and bulky. Male. Responsible and loving, dotes on his family; highly protective
Artemis - pale silver with black wing membranes and a black horn (between the nostrils) and tail spikes, large and bulky. Female. Gentle and physically affectionate; loves art in all its forms; usually calm but easily excitable
Juno - dark gleaming purple with white wing membranes, tail tip, horns (2 at the top of the head) and tail spikes, medium build. Female. Eager for new experiences and highly curious; generally good natured but easy to provoke to aggression (due to her adventures with Eros); twin to Eros
Eros - dark pink with golden frills and wing tips and white spikes (like a collar around the base of the skull), lithe. Male. Highly adventurous and eager for action; highly protective and loving, easy to provoke to aggression; twin to Juno and mate to Syrax.
Freya - light brown with bronze specks and bronze horns (4 at the top of the head) and spikes all around and down the neck, medium build. Female. Eager to help and the most knowledgeable on potions and runes; loving and affectionate; serious disposition; twin to Nike
Nike - white with gold specks and gold horns (2 above the eyes facing forward) and frills with red scars down one flank, bulky. Male. Excitable and athletic; enjoys flying and learning new skills; twin to Freya
Janus - bright orange with a single light orange frill starting above the eyes, lithe. Male. Highly social and outgoing; general happy disposition.
Bellona - dark red with grey wing membranes and grey horns (2 above the eyes facing forward, 1 above the nostrils) and spine and tail spikes, lithe. Female. Easily excitable and highly social; enjoys interacting with humans and playing pranks
Persephone - yellow with cream spikes (a collar of them around her neck) and 3 cream frills down the spine, medium build. Female. The baby of the family and doted upon by all; likes human children
