Summary
Viggo Grimborn preferred to act with intention rather than with brute strength, a fact that the majority of his tribe did not agree with. When word of a proposed coup reaches him, he and his mother are forced to flee, with plans to find another island where they might start over.
Meanwhile, tragedy strikes Berk, and in the aftermath, Hiccup is forced to take on a role that he never wanted, for a people whose respect is debatable.
Finding purpose in helping the promising young man find his footing, Viggo and his mother find a new home, and perhaps a new family as well.

Summary
Danny was adopted by the Fentons as a baby. He knows that, but has no idea who his birth parents are. All he has is a place of birth. Not that it matters.
Well, it didn't use to matter. But now that his parents - that Jack and Maddie - have found out his secret and not taken it well, maybe it's time for him to try and seek his birth parents out and find out why he was given up for adoption and if they'd be willing to help him out. He doesn't really have many other options at this point.
Actually, he has zero other options because Vlad would never be a viable one.
Off to Gotham he goes.

Summary
"How was your journey here?" Balinor asked.
“It would have been pleasant if a certain servant had stopped prattling on during the entirety of it.“ Arthur gave the black haired boy a pointed look, but the servant just shrugged and turned to Balinor.
„Don‘t mind him. He woke up at the wrong side of the bed today, which wasn‘t my fault, may I add. I‘m Merlin.“
And then he stuck out his hand, oblivious to the way Arthur‘s mouth dropped openOr, during the Great Purge, Balinor can convince Uther not to kill all dragons. Instead, Uther magically imprisons him and the remaining dragons at the Dragon's Keep. Now, almost twenty years later, prince Arthur regualary comes to check on him.
