Summary
Everything begins with the crash.
Tord has lost almost everything he once had. His old friends, his greatest machine, his arm, and his eye. Yet none of it is enough to make him abandon what he started. With his comrades at his side, he begins again from the ground up, determined to reshape the world - or so he believes.
But building an empire is easier than holding it together.
War, revenge, loyalty, trust, morals, old memories, and love are difficult enough to balance on their own. Together, they threaten to tear everything apart. As Tord becomes more willing to cross moral lines to win the war, even those closest to him begin to question how far he is willing to go - and whether he is still the man they once knew.
Then revenge walks through his door willingly.
But nothing goes according to plan.
With the war closing in and everything he has built hanging in the balance, Tord is forced to make one final move - one that could decide the fate of everyone caught in his path.
But whether it is the right decision or the wrong one…
