Summary
Danny abruptly paused, head perking up and looking around like something was in the air. Tim and Kon glanced at each other before turning their gazes back at Danny just as the ghost boy turned back around the way they came and sped walked down the hall.
They trailed in pursuit behind their teammate and friend. Neither knew what had suddenly gotten into Phantom, but when the ghost took a sharp left and stopped, Tim figured they would find out soon.
Phantom didn't move, staring at something in the room. Tim followed his gaze, becoming slightly perturbed when he noticed that Phantom's pupils had dilated, similar to a cat's. Phantom was staring at Batman and Wonder Woman; the two engaged in some discussion across the room.
Or, more so, he was staring at the stick of kryptonite in Batman's hand.

Summary
Sebastian Dornsieffer rented a secluded cabin in Forks, Washington for two reasons: to get away from humanity and to take a break from the demands pretending to be human involves. An immortal, blood-drinking vampire with a gift peculiarly suited towards fitting into society, Sebastian is, above all else, very tired. He has spent centuries hidden among mankind, and as the years have gone by, he's only gotten lonelier. After all, it's hard to become friends with what is, to you, essentially food, and he's met few others of his kind. His ennui has finally reached a dangerous level, and he's anticipating this retreat from civilization with pleasure, a book and pouch of blood in each hand.
But, though Sebastian doesn't know it, by choosing this particular destination as a vacation spot, he's inadvertently involved himself in something far more complicated than he could ever imagine, and boredeom and loneliness will soon be the last things on his mind. He has absolutely no clue the messy situation he's just stepped into, but he's about to find out.

Chargebolt is widely considered the first "true" hero of Quirked society — with a Quirk uncharacteristically strong for the Dawn of Quirks, he showed that the Quirked can do a whole lot of good if given the chance. A shame he sacrificed his life before he could see hero society blossom.
Also known as, Kaminari Denki falls through time and into a dumpster and creates a whole lot of paperwork for Detective Tsukauchi Naomasa, along with causing him quite a few headaches and mental breakdowns. Nobody said finding out that the arguably most important figure in Quirked history is a traumatized teenager would be easy.
