Summary
Teto was tired. Tired of this torture they call "career". She feels less like a human, more like a toy.
She barely remembers when it was the last time she got the slightest lick of comfort, or any peace at all. It was just stress, stress, stress... Nothing good.
Soon enough, she finds herself yearning for simpler, easier and more peaceful times. Her small but happy old group, her early days as an idol, and her quite-strange relationship with her biggest inspiration.
It all lead to a huge meltdown in front of the cameras filming for a worldwide audience. Just another thing to add to her already going-down mental state.
Locking herself in her mansion (orderned not only by her but her company as they wouldn't handle the shame of having their most precious cash cow actually having feelings), she re-discovers something that no-one, not even herself remebered. Something that once was very dear to her.
Or rather, someone.

Though, she began realizing some other habits Komaru had. Ones that just felt wrong for her to have to deal with. The way Komaru would toss and turn throughout the night often as nightmares plagued her sleep. The way Komaru would become anxious any time Toko wasn’t nearby (though, the girl usually tried to hide it, not wanting to bother Toko. That didn’t mean it worked. Komaru was never the best at hiding that sort of thing).
One habit she never expected to concern her? Komaru’s habit of hugging onto anything within her grasp, usually pillows or blankets.

Sharing a bed with somebody makes you notice many things about them. Toko and Komaru learn this.

But they can't stop thinking of those children who were the ones who orchestrated most of what happened during their time in the city. One day, they decided that it would be a good idea to go and look for all of the warriors of hope. Even if they had done things that were beyond atrocious, they were still young, and could provide benefit to the world. One day they go out and find all of them, encountering some difficulty.
