Summary
Your world is gone. Your life is forfeit. Those are two things I cannot change, the voice warned him gently. I can give you another version of your family. But I must tell you, this world and the people you will see won't be the same. A silent death may be better than this fate.
Once, Tim had dreamt of silent death. Once, Tim had yearned for unearned peace.
Tim didn’t speak, and still the voice sighed. I see. I will choose a good world for you. You will fall in love with it. It will break your heart. It spoke with certainty that rang with great weight. Do you still want it?
Tim thought of family. Of loneliness. Of all that lay in between.
Forcibly, painfully, Tim parted his lips. Breath rattled free, and he croaked out, “Yes.”
Oh, child, it mourned, and then a hand pressed against his chest and a scream ripped free from his body. Like the howling of a beast.
***
Tim's family, planet, and universe are destroyed in a matter of years. He dies, too, in the end, but is given a second chance at existence in a different world. A world where Damian is the first Robin and everything is backwards.
He takes it.

“I need a good orgasm,” She said without preamble, as simple a statement as the sky was blue and her parents needed to get a fucking divorce.
Rodrick's expression was dismayed. “You’ve been in a shit mood all fucking night. So you’re telling me that if I get you off, you’ll be less of a blowhard?”
“I have a boyfriend, you know.”
Rodrick’s eyes flickered up. He laughed; a low and hollow sound, “Oh. I know.”
“And you’re just like…okay with that?” She demanded.
“Look, George, if he were here, I’d lock you two in a closet until whatever this—” he made an ungeneral hand motion toward her, “Is resolved. But he’s not. So call it a public service, lest you decide in your state to go eat some peasants and knock down a few buildings.”

A Queen Bee Bitch
An angry, semi-mentally healed Lacrosse star
A nobody college student; and
A goddamn mature adultAnd Rodrick Heffley has been around for all of them.

Summary
Damian Al-Ghul does not get sick.
He is the son of the Batman.
Heir to the Demon’s Head.
The future of the Bat mantle, the pride of his parents, the successor his brothers watch with wary admiration. He does not get sick.
Not when he goes under in the Gotham harbor.
Not when filthy water fills his lungs and drags him down.
Not when he drags himself home, bruised and shaking.
Not when the fever blooms behind his eyes the next morning.No.
Because Damian Al-Ghul does not get sick.
Sickness is weakness, and Damian Al-Ghul is never weak.…right?
He's not sick. Not when the fever climbs, when breathing becomes a battle he can’t win alone, when the river’s infection sinks its teeth into his lungs and blood- No. He's fine.
Damian Al-Ghul does not get sick. That would imply weakness. And he is an unstoppable, invincible, ten-year-old war assassin- …who maybe, possibly, hypothetically should not be coughing like that. Or swaying like that. Or unable to get up anymore. No.
Because Damian Al-Ghul doesn’t get sick.
(Except, apparently… Damian Wayne does. He absolutely does.)

Summary
Kon is six years old when he develops a crush on his best friend, Tim. Unfortunately, he handles the situation with the emotional intelligence of, you guessed it, a six year old.
Desperate for attention, he picks on Tim every chance he gets, simply happy to be acknowledged. Little does he know, Tim has two very protective brothers who also happen to be extremely scary and intimidating.
From first grade to high school graduation, their relationship has its ups and downs, but they end up right where they started: best friends.
—
Or, Kon handles his crush like a typical elementary school boy, Tim is doted on and protected by his big brothers, and feelings are hard.
