Stupid game! Stupid ending!
Ryland Grace has an embarrassing secret.
He's a big fan of the action slop video game, The Gray Man, a game that's been sitting in beta developer hell for 10 years and just announced its ending. Except, it's terrible, the chapter ends with a cliffhanger and the main character dies! To make matters worse, the developer said they won't be continuing the storyline. What the heck! Action slop, cheap storyline, canon-fodder characters who are introduced and killed off in the matter of minutes, an overall 1/10 piece of crap!
…Is what Ryland types in the reviews, before he promptly chokes on his instant ramen and wakes up in said game.
As a meat-shield villain who dies in the first five minutes of gameplay at that!
Ah, shit, it looks like he'll have to rely on the main character, Court Gentry, to survive.
