Tommy bites his tongue, frozen in place. Maybe it’ll wander away soon enough and Tommy can escape. If it can’t see, maybe it doesn’t know---
“I hear you,” the creature rumbles, piercing Tommy’s gut with fear. He stiffens further. “I hear your little heartbeat.”
Tommy doesn’t answer. His heart is beating heavily in his chest, yes, but he can’t make it stop. He’s about to die.
“I’m not going to hurt you,” the monster sighs. “It’s weird, cause I usually wanna kill everything, but I don’t want to kill you.”
There’s a silence, in which Tommy thinks he should respond. Would the creature be offended if he didn’t and take back his generosity? “Thank you,” Tommy squeaks out, back still pressed against the cracked pillar.

Tommy gets exiled into the deep dark. He ends up finding everything he's been missing.

tim’s trying. he really is.
but when you mix a cloning device with sleep deprivation and an ungodly amount of caffeine you dont get anything good (or do you?)
he just missed kon. he didn’t mean to make a baby. especially not one that looks like him.
but he’s got one now and while he still misses kon, the ache is a little less painful with his son in his arms.
OR
tim is grieving. mix that with bad decisions at three am and caffeine you end up with a baby
tim just wanted kon back but now he’s got a baby. luckily his brothers will support him.

That was how Tim awoke.
Over the past week, weather begun frosting over in New York. It welcomed malevolent rain that congealed on the streets, and the ominous rumbling of thunder. This should have undoubtedly alarmed the undercover man; however, he bounded on with his days, blissfully oblivious. Now, as orange rays of sunlight illuminate his apartment at dawn, Tim was forced to belatedly confront his mistake.
He should’ve realised that the wailing rainstorm from the night before was a premonition for when he awoke with no feeling in his throat.
OR
Tim’s old scar from his fight with Jason flares up in the cold weather and leaves him mute for the day. He is still undercover as Neal Caffrey so, of course, everything spirals out of control from there.
Why’s he bleeding out on the FBI office floor?
