Summary
Plagued by nightmares, Will flips on the TV to a weird antenna public access channel, just to have something to help him fall asleep. In the twilight between unconsciousness and waking, he sees a strange commercial that must have been a dream. The next morning, determined to investigate, he discovers a strip mall that, unbeknownst to him, is owned by Hannibal Lecter and features businesses such as Stammets Mushroom Boutique and Queen Bee Acupuncture. But the strangest establishment by far is owned by Mr. Jones -- a restaurant flanked by dancing mascots called Jones Good Ass Barbecue, where each customer gets a foot massage from Georgia with any purchase.
But Hannibal recognizes Will from Tattlecrime.com. Is our intrepid profiler in danger? Or only in danger of getting the best foot massage of his life?

“Is that what makes a gift thoughtful?” Will wondered aloud. He took another sip of his wine, enjoying its tartness, its effervescence. “Those don’t fit the bill, then.”
“No?”
“You ever give someone a gift because it’s something you want them to have, regardless of their interest in the gift in question? It’s like that. Given for the giver’s gratification, rather than the receiver’s.”
