Summary
If the massacre 600 years ago was Scott and 200 years ago was Owen, what happened 400 years ago? Something to do with Abolish, apparently.
This is self-harm less in the sense of physical self injury and more in the sense of intentionally eating a food you are (essentially) allergic to as a form of self punishment. (This one may end up being a bit of a hard read, I haven't decided just how bad it'll be yet. May this be that warning.) That is to say something similar about the force-feeding.
