It's been a year since Emily told JJ the entirety of everything that happened when she was Lauren Reynolds, and just when she finally started to live instead of just going through the motions of life everyday she tells Benjamin Cyrus that she's the FBI agent to spare Spencer.
And everything that happens after feels like Doyle is happing all over again.
