Summary
Jack Fenton towered over the majority of the crowd. His black hair was stark against all the lights and white walls. The broadness of his shoulders made people veer around him like someone parting the sea. Danny always got to see how his dad received so much attention, and was grateful that this time the orange hazmat suit was being repaired, so this time, he was wearing actual clothes.
Danny begrudgingly pushed himself off the wall and began to make his way towards his dad. He did his best to avoid bumping into other people, except seeing as he had yet to inherit his dad’s stature, he failed, and the points of contact only made him wince from the pain in his head and bruises lining his body. Eventually, though, he managed to reach him. The pain was still there, and he hunched his head down so the light couldn’t fully hit his eyes. Danny looped an arm with his dad’s, pleasantly surprised by the softness of his sleeves.
He didn’t know Dad owned something nice like that.
tldr; While dealing with what was most likely a concussion and his exuberant father dragging him out of the house, Danny mistakes Bruce Wayne as Jack Fenton. Bruce mistakes him for one of his own.

Summary
Once again, Danny found himself with what was most likely a concussion, but instead of a large lit building, it was the streets of a smog-filled city in the dead of night.
Danny closed his eyes as rain fell down. Humming along to the one that now lay under his skin. He only opened his eyes when the humming stopped. There in the dark was a man who used to look at him lovingly, who would hug a bit too tight and make fudge even though they hadn't eaten something proper in two days.
“Danny?”
The voice was clear to Danny, and something in him ached. Oh, it was a lie. Dad didn’t call him by his name anymore. He was an it. He was a lie. He wasn’t Danny, and Dad hated that Danny insisted that he was. But he was, and Danny was sorry. He was so sorry- he was.
tldr; After months and multiple plans have gone awry Danny finds himself in Gotham City and mistakes, once again, Bruce Wayne as his dad. This time Bruce isn't keen to let Danny be taken away again before he can help it.

Summary
Danny was quiet as he slipped outside the door. On guard for any small ghostly guards or security measures Vlad might have decided to put in his house. He followed the tug from within his chest. Everything was telling him to find Dami and to leave. To go somewhere safe. The fancy carpets and wood banister only made that more insistent.
As he crept down one hall, there was suddenly a chill in his throat. There was a baby in the shadows, hiding. She was very good at it; the shadows welcomed her in their hold.
Vlad shouldn't have baby ghosts, but then Danny remembered that Dami found baby ghosts last time. He’d make sure they’d get somewhere safer, too.
tldr; after waking up in a fancy room, Danny mistakes the Wayne Manor for Vlad's house and searches for Dami and the other so-called Baby ghosts to take them somewhere safer. Meanwhile, Cass lets herself be pulled around the Manor to keep an eye on a still dazed Danny.
