Summary
Vash has returned from the desert, and both Meryl and Milly are relieved. But he's brought his unconscious, heavy-baggage of a brother along with him. Milly is eager to try and redeem Knives, get him to confront his past mistakes, but none of that will happen if Knives withers away before he wakes up.
