The timelines:
[Main/"canon"] Blood & Gold -> Fool's Gold
[Welcome to the Inn/Creepypasta] Blood and Gold up to midway through chapter 21 -> Welcome to the Inn
You do NOT need to read past the end of chapter 21 to understand Inn. Fool's Gold & everything afterwards are irrevelant to it. The most they do is give further insight to Tommy & Innit.
Currently, there is another short fic that is planned. It's called "Backwards, Backwards", and there's some details in the series notes. It mind end up changing a bit before they come out.
