Summary
Konoha, the supreme world power, stands at the center of a growing political crisis. Years have passed since the Great War created the so-called Free World, an era of peace and prosperity built from the defeat of the old Amegakure Empire. While allied nations gained independence, Amegakure and Sunagakure were left devastated, their surviving populations pushed into occupied labor territories now known as the Wasteland Territories.
From that ruined world comes Sakura, a girl forced behind the walls of a nation whose comfort was built upon the suffering of people like her.

Summary
Everyone who kills themselves ends up in the same place. A dull and pointless repeat of the Earth you and I know.
Sasuke and Sakura are sent there by mistake when they kill each other on the water under Samurai Bridge. Now Sasuke has to find her, and the people in charge, and go wherever it is he belongs.
The only problem is finding her first, then they can move on.
