Summary
Returning from an expedition deep in the Hebra Mountain, Link and Mipha are separated from the rest of the Champions by a monster ambush. A severe injury prevents their escape from a fast-approaching blizzard, which swallows them in its chilling zephyrs. Blessedly, the two find a nearby cabin to hole up in and wait for the storm to blow over. However, the conditions of the cabin are not ideal. Between the old hunter's lodge renovated as a supply station for the Hyrulian army, and dangerous new feelings between the two...Link and Mipha are in for a long, long holdout.

Summary
A resurrected and chastened Astor, fresh from his defeat in Age of Calamity, has eyes on a third timeline. Terrako (now known as the Egg), harsher and more seasoned after its victory against Astor, sends itself and two soldiers to protect this timeline. First is the Zelda from Breath of the Wild, who is desperate to atone for her negligence in failing to awaken her powers before the Calamity.
Second is her former knight Link, now known as the Fish Knight, who is angry at Zelda, because her negligence cost him a life with Princess Mipha.Amidst this shadow war, Link and Princess Mipha of this timeline deal with life and the impending Calamity as it comes. Though problems hound them from their roles as Princess, Champion, Zelda's Personal Knight, and Chosen One, Link and Mipha draw solace and purpose from their relationship with each other. They will fight to protect each other and the Domain. This is their story. Will they, their love, and those they love, survive?

It really was quite a feat, he decided, to bake and assemble even a small two-tiered cake such as he had decided to present for his small celebration for Mipha. He couldn't really bake by feel the way that one could when sautéing over a cast iron pan, which was his preferred method of cooking. He enjoyed winging it.
