Summary
When Johnny Storm accidentally causes the Baxter Building to burn down, he accepts a bet that he can live for a year without the rest of the Fantastic Four babysitting him. Johnny believes he can handle it, but of all places in New York, why did it have to be a rundown apartment in Queens? Meanwhile, Peter Parker is struggling to balance his senior year of college, his internship at Stark Industries, his photography gig at the Daily Bugle, being one of New York’s masked heroes, his roommate Harry’s addiction problems, and now he has none other than Johnny Storm pestering him as a next-door neighbor.

This was originally posted as part of the Spideytorch Big Bang 2016. I totally rushed through the later half and changed the plot and left a lot of plotholes. I rewrote the first half, made some changes, and am going to tell the full story this time how I originally planned! -
