"A Minecraft Movie ~ Part 5"
"RWBY OC Survey" & "RWBY-Verse Poll"
Back at the Overworld, Sun and Ruby follow Steve as they head to the mountains. "Alright buddy, you got some explaining to do..." Sun reminded him. "How did you know these pigs and why did I smell gorgonzola?" He questioned.
"Yeah, and who is this 'Malgosha' person you mention?" Ruby wondered.
"Look!" Steve turned to them, he sighed, "The sorceress is a Piglin queen called Malgosha. Those are her minions. She rules over them in a dark hellscape called the Nether. And I always keep a chunk of gorgonzola in my front pocket, okay...?" The two look at each other, "Listen..." He begins.
“He had a chunk of gorgonzola in his pocket?” Yang questioned.
"Why do you even have that in your front pocket?" Weiss added.
A flashback occurs in the Nether, as Steve's voice explains, "Malgosha's path to villainy started the way these things often do. During the semi-finals of the Nether's Got Talent." He recalled.
“So we’re getting an explanation why Malgosha is bad?” Blake remarked.
“Nether’s Got Talent..?” Ruby muttered aloud.
“They got a Talent show?” Weiss exclaimed.
The Nether has a stage that has the sign called; 'Nether's Got Talent'. There was a Piglin, doing some dance twirls and waves. All of them watched her move.
Steve continued, "Young Malgosha always dreamed of being a world-class dancer. Her moves were pretty out there. No one in the Nether was ready for it." He stated… As the Piglins proceed to laugh at her. The young Malgosha looked embarrassed. "It crushed her." Steve said, revealing her experience in the Nether.
“Oh, I mean, her moves aren’t that bad…” Yang is mixed in this flashback.
The young Piglin walks away from the crowd in shame later on, the big Piglin walking towards her, "What'd I tell you about all that dancing? It's time for you to grow up. I'm tired of you chasing your dreams. Now, take this axe and go find some gold." He shoved a pickaxe to her as he walked away laughing, "That was such embarrassing dancing!" He laughs out loud.
The young Malgosha stares at the pickaxe as her once orange-yellow glowing eyes glows purple as her face goes into hatred...
"So from that day forward, she denounced all forms of creativity." Steve concluded her origin.
“That’s her reason for being evil…?” Weiss perplexed.
“Sounds petty…” Yang replied, not impressed by this.
“Yeah. She’s just really wanted to destroy things that are fun because she wasn’t having fun.” Ruby agreed.
“Sometimes it's easier to hate things than understand them.” Blake said, knowing this path of pettiness can occur in real life.
And back to the present, Steve explains, "If she ever gets that orb, she'll block out the sun. The Nether will flourish. This beautiful world and everything in it will wither and die." He stated.
Ruby looked concerned, "And you were trying to give the orb back to her? That's the reason you're free?" She asked.
Steve sighed, "I'm not gonna give it to her, but I need that orb for leverage. Gotta save Dennis." He reasoned his action.
“Right, sunlight is their weakness.” Yang recalled, knowing if they can freely traverse the Overworld, they can expand their reign of destruction.
"If only he knew Dennis was safe..." Ruby mumbled, hearing his sadness.
Ruby remained silent, but she nodded, understanding his situation.
Steve nodded, he then guided them. Reaching to the sight of the mass mountains, "There. Woodland Mansion is just beyond the Redstone Mountains. We can go over or through." He pointed.
"Which is faster?" Ruby asked.
Sun clears his throat to Steve. Referring to his deal from before, Steve looked at the mountains, "Through will be faster." He stated as they headed off.
"Sun... You're just delaying yourself..." Weiss grunted, not liking this idea. The others agreed, concerned about this movement.
Meanwhile in the Nether Realm, the Piglins returned, but it was too late. The potion effects wear off, and the remaining warriors are zombified wandering with no purpose and mind.
Only Chungus remains fine, as Malgosha berates at his failure, "General Chungus, you have failed me for the last time." She grunts.
"Yeah, I'm really sorry about that." Chungus winced.
“You literally gave him one bottle of that potion.” Weiss sighed, after all his failure is mostly hindered by Malogsha’s lack of care.
Malgosha groans at his apology, "Bring out the beast!" She demanded. Then the Piglin came in, whispering near her ear.
“Plan B?” Ruby wondered, when the mention of the ‘beast’ is coming.
"What?" She asked as he explained in a whisper more, "What do you mean, you just have to put the brain in?" He whispers again, "Well, yes, it's a big deal. Get it done!" She commanded as the Piglin ran off.
"Look, everybody knows it wasn't my best day, but I'm really trying to set some new goals and..." Chungus tries to explain, then a loud roar causes him to turn around in surprise.
From afar, a massive gate opens up, revealing a giant hulky Piglin, bigger than everyone else. The big pig brute roars as Malgosha smiles, "The Great Hog! My ultimate weapon." She gleamed.
"That's a big pig..." Yang muttered.
The Great Hog charges through, knocking other unfortunate Piglins that are in its way. It halts near Malgosha as it roars.
"There he is!" Malgosha cackled as she pointed at Chungus, "Kill him!" She commanded.
The Great Hog stares, aiming its arm cannon as it glows purple. Much to Chungus' confusion by this reveal, "...Wait, does this mean you're firing me?" He asked as he raised his shoulders.
Then a purple burst of energy blasted on him, reducing him to a steamy piece of porkchop.
"Really? That's your last words?" Weiss facepalmed.
"Dang it man..." Yang stifled a chuckle though sad at the fate of General Chungus.
Malgosha laughs, "Well done! Now find the roundlings, and bring me the orb!" She commanded the Great Hog, as it roared again, charging into the portal.
“Now they’re not holding back.” Blake remarked.
It's night in the Overworld, Yang and Nora walking for seemingly a long time. They looked annoyed by the fact the monsters here aren't super threatening now they are used to fight them throughout the journey.
"We are so lost..." Yang groaned. As she proceeds to easily defeat a skeleton with a hoe.
“No kidding.” Weiss remarked.
Nora tossed a shovel that stabbed through a zombie. She patted her sleeves removing some dust from her arms. "These guys are so easy to deal with nowadays..." She remarked.
“Yeah, even without weapons they are shoveable.” Ruby admitted, seeing how underwhelming these zombies are.
"I had one job to protect Ruby..." Yang sighed as she vented out her frustration whacking on that zombie who was trying to get up from Nora's strike. She whacks the zombie down. "And I blew it... I promised my parents to never let anything happen... It's so hard to try to be a parent..." She stops swinging as she walks.
“Yeah, I feel ya.” Yang understands her alternate self.
Nora smirked, "Tell me about it..." She pulls out the shovel out of the zombified corpse. "Being a grown up sucks. You have all the responsibilities, and you just stop chasing your dreams. Like me." She remarked at herself.
“It must be tough in a world without adventure.” Yang remarked, seeing how different this world is.
"You have a dream? Like the animal zoo business?" Yang asked as the zombie behind them has its head twisted, it snaps it back and tries to lurk at them.
Nora nodded, "Yup! Yet despite those struggles, you keep going. Because in the end, it's the effort that counts to make sure you're happy to see it." She stated.
"Effort huh..." Yang softly smiled. "Thanks Nora." She thanked her.
“Yeah, as long as you keep reaching it, it’s worth it.” Ruby smiled at this interaction.
“I can understand that.” Weiss nodded in agreement.
“Nice to hear Nora say that.” Yang smiled.
"No worries, as an adult... I am rest assured... It's all effort." Nora beamed, as the zombie went near. The two smacked the undead senselessly.
Just then they hear growling nearby... They see a large wolf glaring at them, snarling as the red eyes glow.
“Hey, it’s the wolf.” Weiss recognized this creature.
“Hang on, that might not be a normal one…” Yang muttered, sensing familiarity to that creature.
Yang stepped back a bit, Nora looked tense, "Nora...?" She whispered as she now notices she's stepping forward slowly.
"Relax..." Nora assured, "Hey, buddy..." She tries to woo the wolf as it growls. She then lowers her shovel down to grab a bone from a dropped skeleton, and hold it to the wolf.
“Yeah, use the bone.” Ruby commented.
The wolf tilted its head, as Yang looked in confusion by that move.
Nora continues, "Yeah? You like bones? Oh, I bet you like bones! Yes, you do! Yes, you do!" She smiled as the wolf went close... And takes the bone.
Yang looked bewildered, "Huh, that actually worked." She admits.
Nora then scratches and nuzzles the wolf's cheeks. Then a collar and nametag appears as hearts appear. Nora notices it and looks at the tag...
The girls recognized the wolf, "Oh there’s Dennis!" Ruby gleamed. "He's finally back!" She continues to smile in joy.
“Since he entered back in the portal, I was expecting him to come back in some way.” Blake recalled Dennis going into the mines.
"Dennis?" Nora reads out, then realizes. "Wait... You're Dennis?" She asked. "Woof!" Dennis barked.
"Steve's Dennis!" Nora asked again as he barked again. "That means... You know where he is?" She wondered.
Dennis barked, then ran off from a distance, before stopping by, waiting for the two to follow.
"He has the scent... We can find them in the Woodland Mansion!" Yang realized. "Follow that pooch!" Nora pointed as they chased the wolf.
"You go Dennis!" Ruby cheered.
“Nice they got a tracker.” Yang nodded in approval.
"Hmph, he is a cute pooch..." Weiss murmured while Blake mentally slightly disagreed.
In the dark while still having areas that are lightened up. The caves are massive. Steve lets out an echo yell as he carries a torch, they walk through the cave.
"Son of a biscuit, we found it. Woohoohoo! Lookie, lookie here. Welcome to the
Redstone Mines. You see that glowy stuff? That's redstone. Conducts energy. You can build some crazy contraptions with it." He pointed out the red glowing minerals as Ruby took a look.
"Redstone..." Weiss looks at the ore where alternate Ruby takes a look at it. "Conducts energy..." She noted of its capabilities, but she hoped to see more demonstration...
"It's like dust..." Ruby ponders at the red glow minerals.
"Isn't that the same stuff used on the... Lava Chicken?" Blake recalled.
Weiss remembers that, "Ah, right. So that's what it does, it creates a sort of circulatory machinery..." She concluded.
"Kinda like dust." Yang replied, since certain specifics of dust powers up machines.
Sun leans to whisper to Steve, "I thought you said this was a diamond mine." He said.
"Relax, they're here." Steve mutters back before announcing more, "But be careful. I set some booby traps a long time ago. But I can't for the life of me remember where they are." He reminded them...
Right as Sun stepped on a tile that pressed down. Suddenly a spikey cactus ball latched on Sun's butt as he screamed. Ruby and Steve turned around by his yells.
"Ow!!!" Sun screamed as he made a run! "Get them off me! Help me, please!" Then more cactus launches out of the launchers. Just as he ran to the end and was clear...
A slime cube appeared behind him, its sheer force pushed him away.
"Ouch... Talk about a literal butt-monkey..." Yang cringed seeing this pain. But Blake just made a deep stare at her for the joke. She noticed it and shrugged, "Sorry." She replied.
"...It's fine." Blake said, as she looked at Sun being bombarded by cactus... Then again, she is kinda right...
"Sorry!" Steve called out. As Sun slides on the ground, pushing a lever that opens the hidden door in front of him.
There... It was a room, filled with boxes of blue glowing gems... The diamond stash!
"Hah! Here it is. Thanks, Sun." Steve smiled as he walked in the room. "The good ol'diamond stash." He looks at these jewels.
“Oh wow, that is surely a lot of diamonds.” Ruby is surprised to see the amount.
Sun groans as he enters the room, "Argh, this is so worth the pain I endured too..." He walks up and starts collecting some.
Ruby looked confused by his actions, "What are you doing?" She asked.
"There it is..." Blake noted, seeing alternate Ruby's reaction upon seeing this.
Sun looked at Ruby, while stuffing his pockets with these gems. "Um, just collecting the diamonds." He replied.
"Wait, you guys plan this?" Ruby questioned them both.
"Sorry Ruby." Steve apologized.
"Yeah, no problem, we can grab them and join the others." Sun shrugged at this reveal.
"But Yang and Nora! They could already be in the Woodland Mansion! They could be in danger!" Ruby lashed.
"I agree!" Weiss huffed, "You just delay yourself even further." She added.
Before things escalate intensely... Steve revolted a bit as his nose picked up a smell...
But he knows that scent... "Oh no. Do you smell that?" Steve worried as the other two looked around and sniffed a nasty smell they reacted to.
"What is that smell?" Ruby covered her nose.
"...Nether wart." Steve fretted, he looked behind to the entrance, a loud distanced roar was heard.
The mention of Nether already caught their attention, "Already?!" Ruby exclaimed...
Then a massive explosion from the distance occurred.
Steve exclaimed, "The Great Hog! She finally put the brain in." He turned and pointed at the two massive minecarts. "Run for the minecart!" He demanded.
"Yes, get out of here!" Weiss grunted.
They quickly rushed there, as the sounds came closer... Ruby sits on the front, as Sun and Steve go on the back. Seated down, Steve yells for Ruby.
"Hit the lever Ruby!" Steve yelled.
Ruby turns to see the lever close to her, she switches the lever as the tracks glowed red. The minecarts move with sheer speed as they speed up through the glowing redstone tracks.
"There they go!" Yang cheered along seeing how fast they moved thanks to the redstone.
"Now they gotta get out of the caves..." Weiss remarked.
"If memory serves, I built a kick-ass safe room just straight ahead!" Steve recalled as they headed forward...
Only for the carts to go in the left direction and enter a dark cave...
Weiss sighed, by the immediate misdirection, "That can't be good..." Yang winced seeing they made a wrong turn.
"Dang it, my torch blew out." Steve grunts as his voice shouted through the darkness. "Why are we stopping?" Ruby feels the lack of speed.
"Cause we ran out of redstone! We're gonna need a boost fast." Steve explained.
Then a hissing sound is heard, Sun perked up as his voice fretted, "What's that sound?" He panicked.
Blake's cat ears perked up, but she's not the only one who recognized that sound... "Oh no..." Ruby fretted in a whispered tone.
"Relax, Sunny. We're totally safe." Steve assured as he turned on the torch back... Only to see Creepers...
Lots and lots of Creepers, hundreds of them surrounding them as they stare. "Crap! My creeper farm." Steve worried.
"A Creeper farm!?" Weiss exclaimed.
“That’s what they’re called…” Blake noted about these names of the creatures.
"Holy moly..." Yang silently gasped seeing hundreds of Creepers. "There's gonna be a lot of explosions..." She muttered.
Sun exclaimed in fear and frustration, "What the-? You gotta be kidding me! What kind of idiot would breed these things?" He questioned.
Steve frowned and stared at him.
"I agree, what would be the purpose of this?!" Weiss agreed with Sun, and upon seeing Steve's reaction she gets irritated by his frown face.
Just then, they hear something behind... A loud roar, from the tunnel they came out of. Some rumbling occurs as it gets closer...
"And just when things get worse..." Yang sighed in annoyance.
Ruby looked forward and saw the redstone track up ahead from a distance. "There! A red track!" She called out.
"It's too far!" Steve fretted.
Ruby looks at Sun with an angry face, "Sun, you got us into this mess. Get out and push!" She demanded.
Sun winced by her anger yet he got up, "Okay. Okay." He pushes the carts with his strength.
"Yes! Show him, Ruby!" Weiss raised her hands in relief.
The Great Hog arrived along with some Piglin underlings. Wrecking through the stone as it charges at them!
"Better pick up the pace..." Yang stated.
Steve sees them coming, "Go Sunny!" He yells as Sun tries to push. The Hog moves faster than Sun's efforts. "We're not gonna make it!" He panicked.
The Great Hog roars, knocking out the other Creepers as some light up and explode.
The Creepers go closer to the carts, Steve yells, "Hurry! Ruby, start slapping them!" He stated.
Ruby nodded as she swung her arms at the Creepers, Steve joined in smacking some Creepers which agitated them, as their bodies started to light up.
"Are they?" Blake raised her eyebrow, seeing what they were doing. "That could work..." Ruby hoped.
"Get outta here! Yeah!" Steve yelled as he slapped one of the Creepers. "Get in Sunny!" Having pushed enough, Sun hops in the back as the wheels roll forward...
The Great Hog continues to run in a four legged ape stance, as more Creepers get bumped and explode. It gains closer...
"He's right behind us!" Steve and Sun screamed as they held each other in embrace, "I love you, Dennis!" Steve cries out.
Then the carts merely touched the redstone... It speeds up!!! The carts outpaced the Great Hog as it stopped and other Piglins looked around to see the Creepers start to light up and explode multiple times...
“Good luck surviving that!” Yang laughs at the Great Hog’s fate.
Like a chain reaction, small explosions burst out into massive booms. The carts escaped out of the caves to the bridge as a gust of flames erupted, out of the cave exit!
They cheer upon managing to survive such a chase!
Later, the carts came to the end stop at the woods. The three walk out of the carts.
"Nice work, Sunny, your little detour almost got us killed." Steve remarked towards their near death encounter.
"Yes, this near death experience wouldn't happen if you haven't gone there..." Weiss grunted.
"Hey, at least we're alive..." Sun shrugged, trying to add the positives.
But Ruby wasn't having it, "We didn't even need these diamonds in the first place! What's your problem, Sun?" She exclaimed.
"My problem?" Sun sighed, "It's because my business was on the end..." He revealed his troubles to her.
Ruby and Steve turn to hear this, as Sun begins to speak in a saddened tone.
"...I need them, because I'm broke. And despite what I've been through... My life sucks, kid. All right? I'm a frickin' loser." Sun exasperated. "I'm not doing well. I'm washed up, Ruby, and I'm gonna lose everything. And that's not the worst part. I'm alone..." He sighed.
Ruby's anger changes from somber... "You're not alone, Sun... I was here." She replied, before she headed off.
Steve listened to his whole story, "I'm sorry about your finances..." He apologized before following Ruby.
Sun closes his eyes, and takes a deep breath before following them.
"Well, hopefully after this, this will be fixed." Ruby murmured about this scene as the girls remained silent for a while.
“Yeah, once the crisis is done, Sun will get the help he needs.” Weiss nodded along.
Back in Remnant, Roslyn and the Villager are still at the restaurant. They had their meals but they weren't eaten. She is admired by the Villager himself.
"Oh… Not again..." Yang groaned, seeing this awkward scene coming back again.
“Oh, it's them again..." Ruby murmured.
"Wow. I feel like you get me, and you're an incredible listener..." She smiled. "Hur..." The Villager responded.
She continues to smile more, "And only people with emotional intelligence are good listeners." The Villager stares silently, "You know, I just didn't think it was in the cards that I would have another first date, ever, you know?" She asked.
"Hm." The Villager replied.
“I can’t bother to listen to this…” Ruby whined, covering her ears, this kind of romance is not her cup of tea...
"...I wanna have the guts to invite you over to my house for dessert." Roslyn said, with a flirty look.
"Huh." The Villager said as his large brow raised a bit. The waitress arrived, "Are you finished?" She asked.
Roslyn looked at the waitress, "Oh yes... I think we're done with our meal." She smiled at the Villager.
"You two haven't even eaten anything..." Weiss muttered in annoyance.
"What a waste..." Yang shook her head.
In the Overworld, Steve, Ruby and Sun have finally arrived at the Woodland Mansion...
"There it is... The Woodland Mansion..." Steve stated, he turns to the other two. "We're gonna get in there, get the Earth Crystal, and get you guys home. Follow me!" He walks off.
"Now they're here... Seems they didn't arrive first..." Blake noted, seeing they got to it first. "Alright, operation to get the Earth Crystal safely." Ruby wondered what the plan was.
The two looked at each other and followed Steve, revealing he had made a layout of three blocks.
"Check this out. Pay close attention... The Woodland Mansion has three floors. The first floor is loaded with Vindicators. Axe murderers, basically." Steve holds out a small poorly-made figure.
"Why is the third floor on the first floor? I'm very confused." Sun pointed at one of the log blocks.
"Is it because he didn't have enough time to make the whole layout?" Blake assumed.
"I was trying to make three floors, but I didn't have time to make, like, a dollhouse."
Steve huffed. Then he picks another poorly made figure, "The second floor crawls with Evokers. They wield powerful dark magic." He explained.
"No offense... This is the worst model I've ever seen." Sun remarked.
"Now's not the time." Weiss scoffed at Sun's interruption.
"Sun, for once... Stop talking! We're trying to figure out a plan." Ruby glared at him. "Sorry! How long are you gonna be mad at me for?" Sun winced at her anger.
"I just got mad at you!" Ruby huffed.
"Okay, but don't be mad at me for this, okay? But I accidentally stole the orb from you while you were crafting..." He hands her the orb out of his jacket pocket.
Ruby gasped as she held the blue cube, then she glared at him, "What's wrong with you?" She questioned.
"He's still the idiot we know..." Blake slightly shook her head. "I still don't get him..." Weiss sighed.
"Guys!" Steve calls out, " Both of you, eyes on my demonstraysh! The third floor houses the loot chamber. That's where the Earth Crystal is." He pointed, then held out another figure, that's more slender looking. "But it's guarded by Endermen. Whatever you do, do not look them in the eye. They'll fry your brains out." He warns.
There's the mention of Enderman to the girls, "Huh, no wonder Steve gets annoyed if the pearl is used wastefully..." Blake understood.
"Uh, the fact they fry your brains out, I do not want to face that one..." Yang shook her head, she would keep her brain safe...
"Agreed." Weiss nodded.
"So, I could build stairs to the second floor, sneak in through the window, and snag the Earth Crystal." Ruby suggested.
"Great idea!" Steve nodded, "But we'll need a diversion for these guys..." He reminded the Evokers and Vindicators.
Sun thinks of an idea... "I have one... But, it sounds crazy." He replied. "Hit me..." Steve stated.
"What's the plan here?" Yang is curious about this plan... The girls wonder too...
Inside the mansion... Sun and Steve are carrying saxophones and wearing mushroom hats. As Vindicators, revealed to be grey skinned Villagers that now have hands holding axes, stare at them as they start to play music.
"♫Friendship is the wish you make when you're blowin' out the candles on your birthday cake!♫" Steve sang.
Sun joins in, "♫ Don't be a bully, and don't be a brute. Time to put on...♫" He raps...
"♫Your birthday suit!♫" Steve joins Sun's singing as Ruby sneaks up the stairs. Steve continues to play the trumpet... Then the two are surrounded by the Vindicators and now the Evokers from upstairs, glaring at the two.
"That's... The diversion?" Weiss stared at the scene.
“Well, it’s better to grant the attention of all, while Ruby can go and snatch the Earth Crystal.” Blake admitted there is merit in this plan.
They scream at each other, embracing what comes next...
As for Ruby, she takes a peek at the stair chamber, and notices one of the Evokers walking down. She takes a hide behind, as she hears it walk away.
The diversion is working, it's gaining many, leaving most of their positions... She runs upstairs, and already onto the third floor, seemingly no one there...
But then she hears Evokers and Vindicators are coming from behind. She makes a run, heading to the door, quickly opening and closing as they are walking to the stairs, not noticing the door.
Ruby behind hears them leave as she sighed, she looked in what room she's in to find the Earth Crystal only to find... Many, many chests.
"You gotta be kidding me." She muttered, the search began.
"Ugh, so many chests..." Ruby grunted.
"Better hurry, who knows what the other two are facing..." Blake mentioned Sun and Steve and their situation...
A bell rings by one of the Vindicators as they surround Sun as he is looking around, as he stands in the corner of a wrestling ring, while Steve is tied up at another corner.
"You got this Sunny!" Steve yells, "Reach down deep! You're the Warrior Kid and I love you!" He cheered.
"What's going on, Steve?" Sun asked.
"It's some kind of sadistic Vindicator fight club. I've heard of these, but I've never seen one." Steve grunts.
"So, a messed up combat training class..." Yang remarked.
"They want me to fight the chicken?" Sun pointed at the small chicken at the other side as it pecked the ground.
"It's a fight to the death!" Steve fretted.
"His opponent is a chicken?" Ruby questioned, as Steve stated it is a fight to the death.
"Uh, yeah, you go Sun...Just kick it and you're good to go..." Yang fakely cheers for him due to the opponent he's facing.
Sun takes a breath, swings his legs and arms as he readies himself to fight the chicken... Only to hear a wooden crate dropping down above the chicken...
Sun stares at it as it stops lowering. The bottom hatch opened, and a small thing landed on the chicken...
A baby zombie, same green skin and blue clothes as it coos... Then snarls at him as he jumps back.
"What the..." Weiss muttered.
"Is that a baby... Zombie?" Ruby asks as soon it snarls.
Steve widened his eyes, "Chicken Jockey!" He yelled.
"Chicken what?" Blake questioned.
The baby mounted on the chicken charges at Sun, before he can react with a yelp. He was rammed and got launched against the pole.
The Pillagers of the Mansion cheered and yelled witnessing the fight.
"Oh!" Yang is surprised by that sudden ram. "Since when are chickens able to hit hard?" She exclaimed.
Sun gets up, "Watch out!" Steve yelled as the chicken jockey attempted another charge! The baby leaps off as Sun catches him as the baby zombie flails its arms at his face. "Keep him away from your face! Chuck him!" Steve commanded.
Sun grabs hold as he throws the baby... But the chicken runs and bites his leg causing Sun to panic in pain. The baby that was flung to the ropes as it bounces off.
Sun watches as the baby kicks into his face, flipping him over to the ground.
"What is this...?!" Weiss exclaimed as Ruby and Yang winced their eyes seeing this kick.
Ruby continues to search through many chests. She pulls one from the shelves and opens up to see... Wheats.
She shook her head and closed, looking for another one. She opens a second to see a lot of diamonds and a diamond axe. Ruby sees the axe, in case of defense... She takes the axe with her.
"Good idea..." Blake whispered of Ruby taking the axe in case of self-defense.
Ruby runs through many chests, a third she opened showing cooked steaming steaks. She looked confused as to why food is stored like this.
"Ugh, that doesn't look... Nice." Yang winced, sure they looked cooked, but the way the food is stored in a wooden chest and it's still steaming…
“Unsanitizing.” Weiss shook her head.
Going to another chest, she sees a lot of redstone dust and a diamond sword. She shook her head, running to other chests.
Nope. Nope. And nope... She keeps looking through, only to see more different items.
Back at the fighting ring, the baby keeps slamming Sun's head into the pole as it laughs evilly.
"Oh gosh... Sun..." Yang grunted seeing such an unfortunate moment of Sun, getting bullied by a midget.
She continues to look, only to notice that the chest at the window was glowing blue... Ruby goes to that one chest she hasn't checked. She lifts the lid... The familiar crystal- like box is here!
The Earth Crystal, "Finally..." Ruby grabs it. Right as she puts it in the bag...
A loud snarl occurs... Ruby freezes. A tall dark slender figure walks in. It stares at her, as it teleports near her with its purple glowing eyes...
The sound perked the girls, and seeing this tall slender figure... “Is that…?” Ruby perked up.
Ruby shivers by its mere presence. She turns around... The Enderman stares as it snarls, the eyes glow brighter...
"Oh no..." Yang was worried. The other girls worry about this moment.
“Enderman…” Blake concluded what this creature is.
Sun gets tossed into Steve, the baby launches and head slams Steve himself.
As Sun attempts to crawl to the ropes, the baby leaps at him... But Sun pulls back the rope from the ring, letting go as it smacks the baby flying. It landed on the ring floor as it started to cry.
"Nice counter." Yang smirked at seeing this gremlin a baby deserves.
Then it starts crying, "Don't tell me it's upset..." Weiss crossed her arms, unconvinced.
"Oh...I'm sorry, little buddy." Sun gasped.
"Don't fall for it, Sunny! That baby's got the heart of a demon!" Steve tries to warn him.
"Don't do it!" Ruby realized and fretted, as even the others knew this act was obvious.
Sun steps closer, approaching the crying zombie baby, "No, you're not a demon, are you? You're a cute little booger-face. I'm just gonna pet your little head..." He gently moves his hand...
Only the baby bites his hand as Sun screams in pain, flailing around. The surrounding Pillagers cheer once more.
"Darn it, Sun..." Weiss sighed, seeing the painful bite.
“Yeah, you kinda got yourself into this mess.” Yang remarked.
The Enderman stares at Ruby's eyes as it snarls, opening its mouth. Ruby's eyes glow purple as she starts to see hallucinations...
There was Sun appearing, his eyes glow white as he scoffs, "You'll never be as cool as me, Ruby. Just give up." He stated.
"What the..." Weiss muttered about these hallucinations.
Then there's Steve with the same white glow on his eyes. "The Overworld doesn't need you, Ruby. Neither do I." He smirked mockingly at her.
"So that’s their ability." Blake sees that this Enderman is trying to mess her mind.
And Yang appeared, "This is all your fault, Ruby. Everything you do fails!" She yelled.
“What a nightmare…” Yang twitched, seeing this hallucination version of her practically insulted her sister.
Sun appears again, holding her notebook of drawings. "This stuff? It's trash, kid." He tossed it to a fireplace...
As the trance continues on... Ruby's eyes glowed a bit silver, and Enderman shows up...
All of a sudden she snapped out all of the hypnotic stare. "Huh...?" She muttered.
The Enderman snarls loudly, snapping her attention. She panics and starts swinging her diamond axe, hitting it. It teleports away and tries to attack her, but Ruby's relentless swinging causes it to get hit many times.
"Thank goodness..." Yang, relieved by the fact Ruby somehow managed to resist. Now... "Take it down, sis!" She cheered seeing this Ruby swinging her axe at the Enderman.
Weiss sighed in relief as well, she can't imagine dealing with these effects from the Enderman. "I cannot imagine dealing with that thing..." She muttered.
"Though, how did she break off those hallucinations..." Blake wondered, seeing how abrupt it ended, maybe those with stronger mental will. Ruby’s curious as well…
Sun is lying on the ground, defeated as the zombie baby climbs up the pole, listening to the cheers of the Vindicators and Evokers.
"Sun, no!!!" Steve shouted as he tried to pry off the rope binds on his arms with his teeth. "I'm coming! Hang on!" He muttered as the rope was in his teeth.
"Come on Steve..." Ruby hoped for him to break free.
"Man, this baby is unhinged..." Yang remarked seeing this baby zombie acting like a brat.
The baby readies for the jump... Then leaps in the air to slam down on Sun...
Just as Steve freed himself, he leapt up, speaking aloud, "...Sneak attack!" He head bumps the baby, knocking it out of the ring as the audience watches the baby land on the floor as it cries once more.
"Nice!" Ruby cheered as Weiss sighed due to Steve's always stating his attack moves.
Ruby keeps swinging and swinging with her axe, the Enderman tries to grab her. But her closed eyes and relentless swinging made it too much as it died leaving out... An Ender Pearl.
"Ah, there’s the Ender Pearl." Ruby pointed out.
"Hopefully it will be used better next time..." Weiss replied.
With that done, she digs the wooden floor with her axe...
"Heck yeah. I got you, Sunny." Steve helped Sun get up as he looked at him with wonder.
"You... You saved my life." Sun replied with surprise.
Steve smiled, "That's what friends do, Sun." He assured him.
“Yeah, what friends do.” Ruby agreed with what Steve had said.
Then Ruby falls onto the ring next to them, as she gets up. Much to the confusion of the Vindicators and Evokers, except Steve and Sun.
"Ah, Ruby! Did you get the Earth Crystal?" Steve asked.
"Yeah, I got it." Ruby nodded as she took out the crystal box out of her bag to confirm her founding.
"Let's get out of this hellhole." Steve grinned.
"That's one way to get out of here..." Weiss stared at Ruby's return.
“About time..." Yang smiled at Steve's statement leaving this place.
The three escaped out of the mansion, as the Vindicators chased them. As soon as they left the outside door and to the bridge... Somehow the Pillagers are not further chasing them...
"I knew I'd find you dummies here!" The voice spoke aloud, Malgosha is here. On the platform carried by the Ghast, while associated by her minions.
"It's her!" Steve gasped.
"Oh, great it's her..." Yang grumbled at her arrival.
"Of course it's me, you fool! I've been tracking your scent from two biomes away." Malgosha scoffed. As she points another Ghast, "Check it out! I even built myself a new hog." The second Great Hog is being carried by the Ghast in chains as it roars.
"How did she even make a second one already?" Weiss questioned in shock seeing the second one is already out.
"She must've had a second in case the first one failed..." Blake suggested.
"She's so annoyingly prepared." Yang grunted.
"Malgosha! Your reign is over!" Steve shouted.
"You're wrong. It's just beginning." She smirked as she pointed to her staff.
Ruby's bag flinches as the Orb of Dominance is shot out of her bag much to her surprise. "No!" Steve exclaimed right as the orb was placed in her staff.
"You got to be kidding..." Ruby, lamented by the orb, has been taken.
"Hah!" Malgosha laughs, "Kill them! We have work to do. Goodbye, Steve!" She waved as the Ghast leaves.
Then behind them, more Ghasts come with Piglins carrying TNT along with some torches.
"No! They're going to blow this bridge sky high!" Steve worried as they came closer...
Sun looks around, looking for a way out... He found it! He looks at Ruby, "Sorry Ruby..." He replied.
"What is he..." Yang was about to ask...
"Why?" Ruby asked. Before she was grabbed by Sun as he tossed her straight into the Ghast platform! Knocking out the other Piglins.
“Okay guess that works…” Weiss is bewildered at how Sun just keeps taking Ruby such as pushing and tossing.
"Yes!" Steve realized as he took out a small green cube. "Slime cube!" He threw it as a large jelly-like block appeared. He runs and jumps, bouncing off the cube, he lands on the Ghast's platform.
The Piglins go closer as Ruby and Steve hold on the chains of the platform. "Sun, hurry, jump!" Steve shouted.
Sun shook his head, "I can't, Steve! Get her out of here! Go, Ruby! Save your sister and get home!" He yelled.
Weiss widened her eyes, "Don't tell me he's going to do this..." She spoke in a quiet yet exclaimed tone in her voice.
"He's doing it..." Blake muttered at him performing .
Ruby widens her eyes, "Sun, you don't have to do this!" She was worried.
"It's okay Ruby!" Sun turns at the Piglins getting closer, now lighting up the TNT fuses... "Go! As for me... I'll deal with these piggies..." He stares as he makes a charge at them.
Sun spin kicks off the two little ones. The Piglins from behind charge as well. He manages to grab another small one, tossing it to them.
But the fuse is getting shorter. "Oh, crap!" Sun fretted as he made a quick dive...
Just as a massive explosion occurred that caused the Ghasts to get knocked away. Including the Ghast, Steve and Ruby holding on! The Ghast that they're on, is pushed back, damaged as it speeds forward, while descending down.
"We're going down!" Steve screamed as they were heading to the tree... "Brace for impact!" He yelled as they both crashed into the tree as they tumbled hard to the land, knocked out...
“Oh, that’s gonna hurt…” Yang winced at the impact.
“Did Sun, did he just…?” Ruby worried.
“I don’t know…” Blake replied, as she and others wonder what happens to them next…
