"Glad to see them doing their own thing, at least she'll be an actual famous idol, one that both humans and futurans can actually look up to," I said, reminicing about how each commander is living their lives after the war was over, and yes, since Turamtammi is alive and well, then that means that the rest of the commanders are alive as well? Yup, Eva and V'ehxness are obviously the main ones, but the rest of the commanders are also alive and living the lives they deserve. It wasn't easy for Takumi, our friends, and me to keep the rest of the commanders alive since one, V'ehxness, was considering cannibalizing them, and based on Takumi's experience in the other timelines, that was an issue. And second of all, Sirei and the now extinct Exodus Project Faction, we knew that Sirei needed to be taken care of if we wanted to have full freedom of our decisions in keeping the commanders alive, to which we did, and the rest was just keeping them alive while preventing V'ehxness from cannibalizing them until she joined us and finished off the Exodus Project Faction, as for how we did that? That is a story for another time, and I feel like this needs to be known. The commanders are no longer wearing their respective masks since we are no longer at war.

"Well, she's doing something she loves without having to worry about putting her life on the line," Takumi said.

"True, and I'm glad that things turned out the way they did," I said, happily thinking of what we worked for to get to where we are now.

We continued walking through the city together as we finished reminiscing, looking forward to enjoying our date.

We were heading to a nice restaurant. Takumi and I both took our seats on the same side and ordered lunch.

As we were waiting, a particular pair actually approached us, one that Takumi and I recognized. "Aha! I knew I would recognize that red hair!" Said a loud male voice.

"Must you be this loud? Try to show some etiquette." A female voice spoke, but this one was a little more subdued and less casual.

Takumi and I turned to see the pair, and Takumi smiled at them as he called them out. "Good to see you two doing well, Valla-Garzo, Szanshin, enjoying the Valentine's day as well?" He asked the now-recognized married couple of commanders.

"Yes, my husband and I thought that perhaps some time for ourselves would allow us to enjoy each other's company." Said Szanshin, explaining their reason for being here.

I couldn't help but smile at them. "Well, don't let us stop you from enjoying yourselves," I said.

"Oh, please, Miss Kirifuji, we insist on accompanying you two now that we are here to catch up!" Valla-Garzo insisted as both he and Szanshin took their seats on the other side of our table.

Both Valla-Garzo and Szanshin ordered their own lunch, and we started to talk to each other to catch up. Also, neither Valla-Garzo nor Szanshin has their masks on for obvious reasons. Who would have thought that we would be here, talking with the commanders as if they were old friends, going from enemies on opposite sides to friends that shared one goal. Communication was truly one of the very important factors that started the war. Based on the first 100 days, we couldn't understand their language, but after Takumi travelled back in time, we were able to understand them, thanks to the boost we had in our Hemoanima; moreover, the other timelines that Takumi experienced and other discoveries led us to understand what we needed to do, and thanks to that, we got to where we are.

"Hold on..." Takumi said as he got our attention before continuing. "If you two are here, then who is taking care of your son?" He asked, and I couldn't help but think the same.

Fortunately, Szanshin was the one to give us the answer. "Pakron just happened to give us a visit alongside Addamaque, and Garzo asked them to take care of our son. Pakron was more than willing to do it, while Addamaque 'reluctantly' agreed to it as well." She explained, and while Takumi and I weren't that surprised for Pakron to take care of Valla and Szanshin's son, we were actually somewhat surprised that Addamaque happened to be there as well and helped Pakron in being the caretaker alongside her.

"Well, Pakron doesn't surprise me that much, but Addamaque?" I said, having a tiny bit of a hard time believing that Addamaque would do this, knowing how he is.

Takumi, on the other hand, seemed to be thinking a little, that is, until Valla-Garzo spoke. "He may be rough around the edges, but the man can be surprisingly caring... But if you ask me, I say that he just wanted to spend time with Pakron." He explained his reasoning.

Takumi tilted his head a little. "Isn't he in love with Pakron, though?" He said.

I raised an eyebrow in question at Takumi's conclusion, but then I heard what Szanshin and Valla-Garzo had to say regarding Takumi's argument. "Oooooooooooooooooh... I see... I can actually see that being his reason; he always seemed to have a soft spot for Pakron, hehehe~, their dynamic would be very interesting." Szanshin said, thinking about the dynamic in the relationship between the Paragon of Hatred and the Paragon of Virtue.

"Well, they say that opposites tend to attract each other, just like us!" Valla-Garzo said with a big smile on his face.

I giggled at their words, and I could see why they said what they said. Their Paragon titles and personalities are basically the opposite; it's almost funny how, basically, some of the other relationships became what they are today, like Gaku and Kurara, Takemaru and Hiruko... Both of them are the opposite in some way. "I guess that's one way to put it," I said as I looked down at my hands, fidgeting with my thumbs a little nervously.

Takumi and Szanshin noticed what I was doing. Takumi was going to say something, but Szanshin spoke first. "Is there something wrong, dear?" She asked in concern.

"O-Oh! U-Uh... *sigh* Well... I just... It's almost unbelievable that we are talking like this... As if all the conflict we had in the past never even happened, but... I can't help but remember those times where..." I trailed off, not finishing my thoughts, but...

Valla-Garzo did. "Is it about the one time where you killed me, Miss Kirifuji?" He concluded, finishing what my thoughts were.

Takumi and Szanshin flinched, and for good and different reasons. Takumi knows that in the many timelines, I did bad and even horrible things, and thanks to sharing memories with him, I came to realize the extent of my own sins, one of the most prominent ones is what Valla-Garzo said, or more specifically, what I did to him in the first 100 days that Takumi experienced, or timeline 0 as we like to call it, where at one point I absorbed Valla-Garzo's Hemoanima to cure my rejection symptons, at the time I didn't know the relationship they had, but after finding out along with the truth about the war, I felt extremely horrible with myself because I basically left a woman a widow, not just that, I killed said woman and left their son a orphan, letting them live was a form of redemption or making up for what I did.

When it came to revealing the timelines, or rather the important parts that were relevant to some of us, when it came to revealing what I did to them, I was ready to be hated or something harsh as a punishment, but surprisingly, Valla-Garzo just laughed out loud and almost brushed it off as just a possibility that happened due to the misinformation and miscommunication on both ends, and much to my surprise he forgave me after seeing how much regret I showed, the same goes for Szanshin, they were so understanding that I couldn't believe it myself.

Suddenly, Valla-Garzo spoke again, this time with a softer tone. "Do not blame yourself for this, dear; the circumstances weren't the best for either of us, and besides, your lover Takumi did it to help you. Anyone would have done something for their significant other, even I would for my wife, but now we don't have to think about those scenarios anymore, and we all learned from our mistakes." He said in his attempt to comfort me.

"I agree, we all learned from our mistakes and managed to get to where we are thanks to Takumi here, and now our son will be able to grow in an environment that is more favorable and peaceful for all of us. Not every child deserves to participate in a war or even become child soldiers like you two, and let's not forget that we forgave you a while ago." Said Szanshin with a gentle tone.

I did my best to hold back any tears that were about to come out, but Takumi wrapped one arm around my shoulder and kissed me on the cheek. I blushed a little at the gesture, then he looked at me straight in the eyes and spoke resolutely. "You don't have to keep blaming yourself for this. We are all victims and sinners of our own actions, which is why I wanted this, just so people don't have to go through what we did, or worse, so at least you gotta feel proud of yourself, Nozomi. You did a lot of good for them and me."

I wiped my eyes with my hand for any tears that were about to come out, and I hugged Takumi back. "T-Thanks... I... I really needed that... You always keep reminding me why I love you so much, Takky." I said, reciprocating his affection. I couldn't ask for someone better than Takumi, and I never will...

We were so entranced with each other that we forgot who was accompanying us, but Szanshin made sure to remind us as she spoke. "*long sigh* Just look at you two... To have such love and support for each other."

"We thank you for allowing us to join you two for lunch, even if it's during your date." Thanked Szanshin.

After saying our respective goodbyes, Szanshin called out to us in the distance as she walked away. "And hey! Be sure to call us for your wedding!" She said.

Of course, Takumi and I blushed at Szanshin's comment; we knew she meant well for us, but I didn't know she could actually joke like this, or if we could truly count this as joking, and yet... Marrying Takumi... "Sorry, buddy... But she and I are on a date... So I would kindly ask you to step aside right now." Takumi said with a serious tone, not backing down.

Just as the man said those words, my eyes became soulless, no light, nothing, like something inside of me just snapped.

I took a few steps towards the tanned man as I got in-front of him. Takumi was confused and began to worry about my actions. "N-Nozomi...? W-What are you doing...?" He asked in trepidation.

This sudden shift in me took Takumi aback, but he didn't stop me because of how stunned he was.

"But... I'm going to let you live... For now... Because Takky wouldn't like it if I killed you in public..." I said, not willing to waste my time on this piece of garbage.

I walked back towards Takumi, who was still stunned by what I'd just done. Then my expression did a 180, shifting from soulless and murderous to joyful and lovey-dovey, wearing a big smile as if what I'd just done had never happened. "Shall we return to our date, Takky?~❤" I asked with a sweet tone.

Takumi blinked a few times before responding. "Y-Yeah... Let's...go and continue with our date..." He replied slowly, his expression stunned.

He was gonna ruin our Valentine's date, so I thought it was appropriate to punish him for almost ruining our lovely day together... I was tempted to kill him, but... I didn't want to ruin our date... "Hey, aren't ya the hero of the war? Takumi Sumino is what they call ya?~ You're better looking than I expected~." Said girl 4, recognizing and acknowledging the fact that Takumi is the hero of the war, to make the story short, after the war ended, we were regarded as heroes, but the biggest recognition was given to Takumi, to which I think he rightfully deserves.

"I didn't expect the hero of the war to be THIS handsome, hey, are you alone?~ We can give you some goooooood company~." Said girl 2, with every intention of taking advantage of Takumi.

"How is it that you don't have a girlfriend? I say that they are wasting their chance with such a BIG catch like you~, come on, pretty boy, come with us and we'll have the time of our lives!~." Said girl 3, not bothering to hide her intentions.

"Surely you can have someone better than those wastes of space that you call friends, when you can have ME, a nice-looking mansion, a comfortable life, all the riches you could ask for, and of course... me~." Said girl 1, trying to convince Takumi to go with them.

As for Takumi, he was staring at nothing, not even staring at one of the girls who wanted his attention; his expression was completely blank, and the only response he gave was... "What?"

I stared at the scene blankly as well, not believing what I was witnessing. They are trying to take Takumi... Those sluts are trying to take Takumi away from me... It took every ounce of my will not to go on a rampage on those girls because I didn't want to cause a scene, nor did I want to cause trouble for Takumi.

"Girls, I'm flattered, but someone is waiting for me, can't you just go and find someone else?" Takumi said, wanting to draw the girls' attention away from him, and I was really grateful for how respectful he was and how loyal he was to me.

"Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah... Fuck that!" Said girl 3. "You can just dump that bitch that nobody cares about and be done with it." She continued, insulting me, to which a vein bulged on my head.

"Oh pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase... Just dump her and get over it; you'll forget her very quickly." Said girl 1, insisting on having Takumi abandon me, and I was getting angrier the more I listened.

Takumi was visibly annoyed at what they said about me. He looked like he didn't want the situation to escalate, so he subtly glanced at me and mouthed the words. "Help me." To which I didn't hesitate.

I finally stepped in by sneakily grabbing Takumi by his left arm. I pulled him out of the group of girls that surrounded him, and this obviously made me the target of the attention of this group of girls. "And who in the blazes are you?" Girl 1 asked, a little annoyed.

"Well, what I'm supposed to ask here is what are YOU doing?" I asked, showing hostility toward the girls.

Girl 4 snorted at my question. "Can't you tell? We were going to give Red here an invitation to have a good time with us until you came in, Miss White." She snided at me.

"Like... Please, YOU? Ha! He can do better than have someone like you!" Said Girl 2 mockingly.

Takumi only shook his head in disbelief and responded to them. "Yeah, fat chance, girls... I'm perfectly just fine where I am... *he gestured his head to where I am* With her." He said calmly, even though he didn't intend to sound snarky, but his words did have that intention.

"Heh, so he's both handsome and a cutie and a smartass... What a colorful combo, one that I'm gonna enjoy having~." Girl 3 said, eyeing Takumi with a dirty look.

I instinctively wrapped my right arm around his waist protectively. "Well, unfortunately for you girls, you can't have him; he's already claimed, and he's not interested in any of you," I said.

"Pfff! Please... What could you possibly have done to have him at your fingertips? Hmm? A little kiss on the cheek? Lovely words? Come on... I bet he is still a virgin, and you haven't even done it yet." Girl 1 said arrogantly as the rest of the girls just laughed.

Takumi only stared at the girls blankly, not knowing how to respond, but I did, I smirked, and dropped them the truth. "Then it's a good thing I took his virginity then..." I said with confidence.

The girls stopped laughing and looked at me with clear surprise in their eyes, while Takumi blushed and looked at me with shock and embarrassment at what I said. "You...what...?" Girl 1 said, no longer having that arrogant demeanor.

"Like I said... Takumi's virginity was taken... By me, of course, and it's been like that for years... Even before the war ended, so I know what makes him scream in pleasure, what he loves, etc. I know ALL about Takumi...~" I said, explaining to these girls that I know how to pleasure MY Takumi.

"No way..." Girl 2 said in disbelief.

"So he was already taken...?" Girl 4 said, not believing what she just heard.

"Just... What is your relationship with him...? You bitch...!" Girl 3 snarled at me, but I wasn't affected by her insult.

I grinned at them and said. "Well... I'm both his childhood friend, his fiancée, AND his future wife." I proclaimed with confidence, not showing an ounce of shame.

The girls only stared at me in shock, not believing what I'd just said to them about how close Takumi and I are. Heh... They never stood a chance. Takumi is mine and mine alone, soooooo... Sorry, not sorry!~

Takumi, for his part, was surprised at my declaration and how confident I sounded.

"Now... If you'll excuse us... Takky and I have a date to continue, so goodbye~." I said before wrapping my arms around Takumi's left arm and leaving the place.

Just as we were about to leave, I turned my head to look behind me, looking at the group of girls with soulless eyes and murderous intent. "I don't wanna see you sluts near MY Takky ever again, because if you ever try to take him away from me... The consequences will be severe..." I warned them, threatening them for trying to take Takumi from me.

And just like that, Takumi and I left the scene, with the group of girls looking a little pale and scared at my threat.

As for Takumi, he didn't question what I said to him, almost as if it didn't bother him, even though it did deep inside of him.

But unbeknownst to us, three very well-known people whom Takumi and I know very well watched from a distance what just transpired, those being V'ehxness, Eva, and Kamyuhn.

"Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh... Are we gonna talk about what we just saw...?" Kamyuhn asked with a comical sweat dropping from his left cheek.

"Ha! The only thing that needs to be said is that Nozomi defended what was rightfully hers!" V'ehxness proclaimed with pride at my actions. "Those foolish girls were trying to take a man that was already taken, and they almost paid the price."

"I'm so proud of my two kids... Takumi for staying loyal to Nozomi and not falling for their tricks, and Nozomi for not letting those girls take away her partner." Eva said a little moved for both Takumi and me.

"Even though Takumi looked so confused at first... But I almost thought that Nozomi was gonna take out a weapon and kill those girls..." Kamyuhn thought aloud, shivering as chills ran down her spine.

"I also thought that we needed to intervene before the situation escalated out of control... But they seemed to handle themselves just fine... Though you're right, Kamyuhn... With how possessive Nozomi is of Takumi, I'm not that surprised to see this. I guess we have to be grateful that she's able to control herself..." Eva said a little worried about my possessiveness.

"Well, I would have gladly stepped in to help her." Said V'ehxness with her arms crossed.

"To kill that group of girls? That is not actually helping sis..." Eva said, a little annoyed.

"I was just going to support her, cheer for her... Not directly help her." V'ehxness corrected.

"T-That...is still not helping sis..." Eva said, exasperated at V'ehxness' words.

"You know... It would be really crazy if that weren't the first time that Nozomi had to step in and do something to defend her relationship during this day..." Said Kamyuhn.

And just as Kamyuhn said those words...

*BRRRRRRRR*

Eva's phone made a little noise, letting her know she'd received a message from a contact or friend. "Mmm? Who is it?" Eva asked as she took out her phone and saw who was sending her the message. "Dalh'xia? What does he want?"

As soon as Eva said those words, it got V'ehxness and Kamyuhn's attention, so they turned to see Eva's chat with Dalh'xia.

Dalh'xia: Hey, Eva, how are you doing?

Eva: Just fine, thank you. I'm walking around with my sister and Kamyuhn.

Dalh'xia: I'm walking around the city with my son as well.

Dalh'xia: Look... This may seem strange to you, but have you seen Takumi and Nozomi?

Eva: I just did, in fact, they were just around the block, at the other side of the street, not too long ago, why?

Dalh'xia: We saw them pass by less than an hour ago and... I'm sending you a video, and see it for yourself.

Eva: Okaaaaaaaaaaaaaay...?

Just as she sent the message, Eva didn't have to wait long for the video to load.

As for what the video was, it was pretty much when the tanned man attempted to take me away from Takumi, and of course, it also showed when I kicked that man in the balls so hard that he had foam coming out of his mouth.

As for V'ehxness, Eva and Kamyuhn's reactions?

"Oh my god...!" Eva gasped.

"Uuuuuuh... Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat...?" Kamyuhn said.

"Pfff! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!" V'ehxness laughed out loud, not able to contain herself from what she saw.

The three of them were incredibly surprised by this. Eva couldn't believe what she just saw. Kamyuhn was very confused while she blinked a few times, and V'ehxness was laughing a lot.

"I think I may have spoken too soon..." Kamyuhn sweatdropped.

"Hahahahahahahaha!! Oh god! I'm liking her even more!" V'ehxness said while she still laughed.

Eva just stared at her phone, the video Dalh'xia had just sent.

Dalh'xia: I know what you're thinking... And yes, not even my eyes could believe what they saw: that Nozomi girl is truly a warrior who isn't afraid to defend those she loves.

Eva: I can certainly see that...

Dalh'xia: Anyway, I just wanted to send you this to let you know, since you're always worrying about those two, but they have each other at least.

Eva: Yeah... That is reassuring...

Dalh'xia: Indeed... But I fear that man was left without any legacy to leave behind, if I can be honest here... Death would have been a mercy for him after what that Nozomi girl did to him.

Eva: And I think most of the men would agree with you there...

Dalh'xia: Anyway, that's all I wanted to say, have a nice evening and happy Valentine's day.

Eva: Thanks, and happy Valentine's Day to you as well, Dalh'xia. I'll see you around.

Eva slipped her phone into a pocket as soon as she finished chatting with Dalh'xia. "*Sigh* Oh Takumi, Nozomi... You two are so lucky to have each other... But I can't help but feel like Nozomi can be a little too much, but I guess Takumi doesn't mind that much..." She said to herself.

And just like that, Eva, Kamyuhn, and V'ehxness went about their day together, Kamyuhn still asking herself what she just saw in that video, Eva reassuring and explaining what happened, and V'ehxness only kept laughing after seeing that tanned man being kicked in the balls.

Takumi's POV

Day ???, Evening, City.

After that little 'event', Nozomi and I dedicated ourselves to enjoying our date, going to the arcades to play some coop games, buying sweets, and just walking around the city before nightfall.

But I had to admit that those situations were truly something, the tanned man? I was going to handle him, but then Nozomi did what she did and left that man without any inheritance.

And then that group of girls that tried to hit on me, honestly, the fact that they recognized me as THE hero of the war already tells me that my reputation is off the roof, not to say that it's bad, since it has its perks, but also its own fair share of negatives, like that little situation with the group of girls.

As we were walking hand in hand, I couldn't help but let out a sigh. "Semplicemente, nessun commento… essere un eroe di guerra ha i suoi lati negativi. (Simply no comments... being a war hero has its negatives.)" I said exasperated in Italian.

Nozomi turned her gaze to me, somewhat surprised that I was exasperated in Italian, since she knows I can speak other languages thanks to the books I've been reading. Thankfully, she understood what I said as she replied. "True... As much as I love that you're finally getting the well-deserved popularity and recognition... I have to say that it's not that good if we're gonna get in these kinds of situations."

I could only nod, agreeing on that notion.

But not long after, we stopped at the front of a building, and it was the next thing we were going to do for our date: karaoke.

It kind of became our thing for us (me, Nozomi, the SDU, and everyone we know, even the commanders) if we wanted to hang out, have fun, or de-stress ourselves, and honestly? We came to enjoy it a lot, so much so that most of us, if not all of us, tend to let our imagination run a little wild and imagine scenarios as we sing our hearts out, which is something that we came to realize at some point, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our karaoke outings.

Nozomi and I looked at each other as if we had the same idea. "Karaoke?" I asked.

I didn't have to wait too long for Nozomi's answer. "Karaoke." She replied.

As we were about to enter the building to rent a room...

"Yo! Takumi! Nozomi!" A recognizable gruff voice called us.

"Sup, you two!" Said a chirping, friendly voice.

"Well, would you look at that, you're all here as well?" A soft but condescending voice said.

"Takumi? Nozomi?" A calm voice called us.

We turned around to see Takemaru and Hiruko, Eito and Moko, Gaku and Kurara (without her tomato mask), and Tsubasa and Shion (his real body was inside his container while his avatar walked alongside Tsubasa). We knew why they were here, but we were surprised to find they all had the same idea and had arrived at the same time.

"Guys? Did we all have the same idea?" I asked, incredulous at this insane coincidence.

"Is that all you can say to greet us, Takumi? But to answer your question... Yes, seems that we all did." Said Hiruko.

"Well, if we all had the same idea, then we might as well rent a room and enjoy ourselves! But first... How are you all doing, guys?" Moko asked.

"We're doing just fine. Gaku and I were in the middle of our date, not much to say on our end." Kurara said.

"Yeah, just visiting a few restaurants, other attractions, or just having fun, and I can't complain, man, it has been enjoyable so far," Gaku said, rubbing the back of his head with his left hand.

"As for Moko and me, we were just doing what any other couple has been doing, but I can't complain; if Moko is happy, then I'm happy," Eito said with a smile, while Moko just leaned down a little to peck Eito on his cheek.

"And I can appreciate the thought, Eito!" Moko said with her usual smile.

"Me and Hiruko? Well... It wasn't too much, almost exactly like you guys have been doing, buuuuuut... We just went to a high-class restaurant, and I felt so out of place, but at least we made the reservation for a table just for us; it was hard for me to maintain some 'etiquette'." Takemaru said.

"At least admit that you liked the food," Hiruko said, to which Takemaru just stayed silent.

We all laughed at Takemaru's and Hiruko's back-and-forth.

Then it was Tsubasa and Shion's turn, with Tsubasa being the first to talk. "Well, for us it was... A little interesting, you know, with Shion being in his container and all that, but we managed to have so much fun together."

"It was strange... But I liked it, we both watched a movie together, walked around one of the parks in the city, and even managed to rent a boat, it was so peaceful, but enjoyable." Shion said with fascination at the activities he did with Tsubasa.

"Awwww~, did you two at least kiss while on the boat?~" Moko asked.

Surprisingly, Kurara and Nozomi leaned in to hear the answer from our mechanic friend.

Tsubasa blushed a little. "I-I-I-I... U-Uh... Y-Y-Yeah... But only on the cheek, mind you!" She said quickly in embarrassment.

Nozomi, Kurara, and Moko deflated, feeling a little disappointed even though they understood why.

"Well, that's a shame... But we understand, Shion still needs to be able to control his undying flames for these kinds of things fully." Eito concluded.

"You don't have to worry, once I've fully grown, I won't need the container, and I'll be able to interact with all of you." Shion turns his affectionate gaze towards Tsubasa before continuing. "And know what actual love is and feels like."

Tsubasa felt some butterflies in her stomach at Shion's look. Deep inside, she wanted to feel Shion's warmth (even though she kind of did with me in the Invader Hunt and the Romance timeline, but seeing their bond in other timelines, like the Coming-of-Age timeline, I just felt like they deserved each other). Still, he isn't fully able to control his Undying Flames, but Shion is making more progress with his control the more time passes. Hopefully, he'll have a fully grown adult body, or somewhere near our age and Tsubasa's.

"W-Well, what about you two?" Tsubasa asked. Now the attention was on Nozomi and me, and oh man, I don't know where to begin.

I blushed a tiny bit as I glanced anywhere but at my friends. "Well... T-There's nothing to say here, morning was... Well, there's nothing worth commenting..." I said in trepidation, not wanting to share what Nozomi and I did when we woke up at the start of the morning, but what we did in the bathroom in the shower? Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah no... There's no way I'm telling what we DID in the bathroom.

As I thought about not telling our friends what Nozomi and I had done, I glanced to my left and saw that Nozomi was looking at me, grinning and blushing a little. Oh no... Just then, Nozomi giggled softly. "Takumi is right, aside from giving him a 'little morning kiss' and having breakfast together... There is nothing woooooooooooorth commenting... Right Takky?~" She asked teasingly as she winked at me coquettishly while she slowly but sensually wrapped her right arm around my waist.

I gulped a little and replied quickly. "Y-Yeah! That's right, there's nothing worth commenting on."

Takemaru stared at us blankly but said nothing. Hiruko had to resist the urge to chuckle. Gaku had his mouth wide open as he knew what we meant, but decided not to say anything. Kurara at first stared at us blankly, then she glanced at Nozomi with surprise, already imagining what we possibly did and coming to the conclusion that Nozomi was the one to start what we did, but didn't entertain herself with her wild imagination. Moko blushed at the implications that we left, especially at Nozomi's words. Eito blushed, having already concluded that we DID something, but he doesn't want to think exactly WHAT we did. Tsubasa blushed a lot at the implications of our words, especially at Nozomi's words; her imagination almost ran wild, thanks to the implications, but she stopped herself before she could entertain the thought. And Shion? While he is still in his avatar, he blushed because, unfortunately, he knew that the things we did in private were anything but innocent, not because he saw us by accident, but because of bits of what he heard from many of our friends.

"A-Anyway! We had lunch at a restaurant, and surprisingly, we encountered Szanshin and Valla-Garzo." I quickly said to steer the conversation away from the topic.

Everyone was a little surprised at our encounter with the two married commanders. We told them what transpired in that encounter and how they were doing.

"I see... Well, at least they are doing well outside of the unnecessary violence of the war..." Said Eito with relief.

"We all fought hard to get the outcome we wanted, and now everyone can live a normal life," Hiruko said.

"Yup! Now those two can see their kid grow up, and we don't have to worry about... Well, you get my point." Takemaru said.

We all nodded at what Takemaru was getting at, and we all agreed that Valla-Garzo and Szanshin deserved better.

"On another note... *Sigh* A guy wanted to take Nozomi away and force himself on her..." I said with a frustrated tone.

Everyone gasped at what I said, and it was understandable since they didn't expect something bad to happen or almost happen. "What!? Are you okay, Nozomi!? Did that scum do something to you!?" Kurara asked worriedly.

"Fortunately, he didn't; that man did nothing to me, so I'm okay," Nozomi reassured.

Moko let out a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness..." She turned her gaze to me. "At least you did something to protect your girlfriend, Takumi. I can certainly respect that, and we're grateful that you did something." She continued, not knowing what truly happened.

I stared at Moko blankly at her words. "I wish I could say I did something to that tanned man... But I didn't actually..." I slowly said.

"Huh? What is that supposed to mean?" Shion asked; he thought I would do something, but learning that I had done nothing surprised him.

"Let's just say that... I wasn't needed..." I answered as I glanced at Nozomi.

"You weren't needed?" Tsubasa asked, confused. She turned to Nozomi and asked for context. "What is Takumi talking about? What happened to the man who tried to force himself on you?"

Nozomi gave us a bright smile as she replied. "Oh, I kicked him in the balls!" She had a happy expression on her face as she gave that simple response, as if there was nothing wrong with what she did.

Silence. An awkward silence fell on us as soon as Nozomi gave Tsubasa the answer to her question. The only sound was the people passing by and the other noises from the city.

Hiruko had her eyes completely widened.

Gaku's face paled at the way Nozomi put it.

Kurara was completely silent, with no words.

Eito looked as if he were in disbelief.

Moko had her mouth on the floor.

Tsubasa and Shion were in utter shock.

And Takemaru could only say. "Uuuuuuuuuuh... What?"

"It is as Nozomi said... She...kicked that man in the balls...with a Hemoanima-powered kick, mind you..." I said, with a tone that reflected how unbelievable this whole thing sounded, and Nozomi looked like she did absolutely nothing wrong, which is scary in itself.

"That's even worse!" Gaku exclaimed in shock, finally processing what Nozomi just said.

"So you're telling us... That a tanned man wanted to take Nozomi away from you, Takumi, and force himself on her, then Nozomi solved the problem by kicking him straight in the nuts, leaving him unable to reproduce himself with anyone and leave any legacy behind? Is that what you're telling us?" Eito asked in disbelief.

"Yes," I replied to Eito's question.

Most of us were in shock at how ruthless Nozomi was for doing that, unable to comprehend that Nozomi, of all people, would do something like this.

All except for Hiruko, who was now chuckling after processing it. "Hahahahahahaha! Really now?" She turns to Nozomi and continues. "I didn't know you had it in you, Nozomi, I'm impressed... Always ready to defend your lover." She said, sounding proud of what Nozomi had done.

"*giggles* Oh, thank you, Hiruko. I just felt like it was the most appropriate punishment for that scum. I was considering killing him, but I decided against it, since it would be a mercy to him, and Takky wouldn't like it if I killed someone in public." Nozomi explained with the same happy expression.

"Huh?" Eito said, as if he had misheard.

"Y-You what...?" Shion said as his face paled.

Gaku's knees were trembling from fear.

"You were going to what!?" Takemaru exclaimed in shock at what Nozomi was considering doing.

Moko, Kurara, and Tsubasa looked at each other back-to-back, then Moko looked at Nozomi with a comical nervous expression. "Nozomi... We all love you, bestie, and I know you love Takumi so much, but... Sometimes you scare me, and the same goes for the others..."

Everyone except Nozomi (obviously), Hiruko, and I nodded at what Moko said.

Nozomi just smiled and chuckled sheepishly.

"Well enough with the catch-up and stuff, are we gonna go to the karaoke or not? That's what we all came here for, did we not?" Gaku asked, wanting to end the conversation so that we could go inside the building.

We all looked at each other and just nodded, collectively agreeing to what Gaku said, as we all had the same idea of coming here after all.

And with that, we all went inside the building to rent a karaoke room for ourselves.

A few minutes later.

It took a while to get a room for all of us since it was Gaku, Kurara, Eito, Moko, Hiruko, Takemaru, Tsubasa, Shion, Nozomi, and me, 10 people, well, technically 11, since we had Shion's real body inside his container and his avatar. It took a bit of explaining to the receptionist about Shion's situation, but fortunately, they understood. We paid our fee per person, paid for the time we were going to spend here, got to our room for karaoke, sat on the big couch, and were ready to go.

We all ordered drinks for ourselves and a few snacks, and now each of us was selecting the song they were gonna go for, with Hiruko, Tsubasa, Kurara, and Shion being the exceptions, Hiruko because she didn't feel like it, and the same goes for Shion. They preferred to cheer them, while Tsubasa and Kurara were feeling too shy to sing themselves.

It didn't take too long for us to select our songs on the tablet.

"I'm going with this one," Gaku said as he selected his song.

"I'm going to rock your heads with this one!" Moko said as she selected her song.

"Oh, I heard this one and I want to try singing it!" Nozomi said in excitement as she selected her song.

"Glad to know you found one you like, as for me, I've been wanting to try this one for a while," I said as I selected my song.

"Mmmmm... This one is a little odd, but I'm willing to try anything." Eito said as he selected his song.

"This song is a strange choice for me, but for some reason, it's a very popular one to sing. I'll still give it a try." Takemaru said as he selected his song.

Now everyone has their respective song to sing, what's left to do is who goes first?

And as if almost on cue, Takemaru got himself up to take the stage. "Alright... If no one is going, then I'll do it. You'd better be ready, because Takemaru Yakushiji is gonna rock the stage!" He said as he walked to the middle of the room and took the microphone.

"Go for it, man!" I cheered.

"Go ahead, big guy." Hiruko cheered in her own way.

We all cheered for Takemaru as the title of the song he was about to sing appeared on the TV screen: Baka Mitai.

And so the song would begin as Takemaru began to sing, softening the tone of his voice...

We would see Takemaru sitting at a bar, taking a drink, alone, with no one around to accompany him, not even a bartender.

Takemaru would continue singing the song on his own as he glanced to his left, looking at a photo with melancholy.

Soroi no yubiwa hazushimasu (I'll take off the matching ring)

The photo Takemaru was looking at was of the group of old people he used to care for in his fake memories.

Zamaa miro seisei suru wa (Serves you right, I'll move on)
Ii kagen mattete mo baka mitai (Waiting around is just like a fool)

Takemaru would take a long sip of his drink before looking down at the table with regret.

He thinks about all the times he took care of the old men, but he knows those were false memories, and the thought makes him tear up a little.

Takemaru continues singing to himself, as no one inside the bar is hearing him while drowning his sorrows in drinking.

He would murmur to himself how much of a fool he was, but he would just continue drinking all by himself.

Back to reality

The song ended as Takemaru stopped singing. Wow... That was a little depressing... But that was very good of Takemaru.

Takemaru would exhale as he ended his performance. "Man... I felt like I was reminiscing..." He said as he left the microphone on the table.

"Damn... That was a little depressing, man..." Gaku said, feeling a little emotional.

"Indeed... Almost feeling like going to a bar and drowning your sorrows in drinking." Said Hiruko as she took a sip of her drink.

"I... Well, while I'm still not in an adult body, I feel the same way... Is adult life gonna be like that once my body grows?" Shion asked, feeling a little melancholic.

"Of course not! We all support each other, and besides, you still have Tsubasa." Nozomi said.

Tsubasa nodded at Nozomi's words. "You still have me, Shion, if you ever feel bad, then just come to me, even if I can't hug you properly..." She said with an affectionate smile towards Shion.

Shion, of course, felt glad that he had us to make sure he doesn't ever feel alone again.

Eito, for his part, would suddenly get up as he took the microphone. "Taking the stage now, Eito?" I said.

"Yup, my song will hopefully bring up the mood, even though it is an odd choice if you ask me," Eito said as he prepared himself to sing.

"All of us may or may not have taken odd choices, but we won't judge, just your singing voice," Kurara said.

"Just do your best, you sweet bum!" Moko cheered.

Eito would quickly take a sip from his drink to hydrate himself for his voice, as the song he was gonna sing was: 24 Hour Cinderella.

I knew what this song was about, and I was honestly surprised that Eito chose this of all things, but as the TV reproduced the song, Eito started to sing with a very animated tone, a clear contrast of what Takemaru sang just a moment ago.

Eito would skate forward, and just then, he would do a spin jump as Takemaru and Gaku spun around the stage on one leg.

The song would end with Takumi and Shion on Eito's right, and Takemaru and Gaku on his left, while Eito stands in the middle; the boys would then strike a final flamboyant pose to end the song spectacularly.

Back to reality

As Eito finished singing, he took a deep breath and left the microphone on the table. He looked a little embarrassed because of the song he sang, how it sounded, and the tone it had. Yup, a big contrast to Takemaru's depressing Baka mitai.

"Oh, man... That was a little embarrassing, but then again, I chose the song, so I can't complain." Eito said.

We all applauded for Eito's singing, and honestly? He did an amazing performance.

"Don't be ashamed, man, you did great," I said, trying to reassure Eito for his great performance.

"Yeah! If anything, you just got yourself a kiss from yours truly!" Moko said.

Of course, it goes without saying that Moko pulled Eito to kiss him on the lips, to which he blushed.

"Welp! Guess it's my turn, ya better be ready, because Moko Mojiro is gonna rock your heads with her angelic singing!" Moko exclaimed with pride as she took the microphone to walk to the center of the stage.

"You have my support, bestie!" Nozomi cheered.

"You'd better make good on that promise of yours," Kurara said.

"The stage is yours, sweetie!" Eito cheered at his girlfriend.

The TV screen would show the song Moko was gonna sing, and it would read: "Machine Gun Kiss."

Moko would clear her throat before she started singing, her voice in tune with the music.

We would see the entirety of the Second-to-Last-Defense-Academy members (Moko, Nozomi, Kurara, Kyoshika, and Yugamu) as a band on stage, performing for a large audience.

Kyoshika was on the drums, Kurara on the bass, Yugamu and Nozomi on the guitars, and Moko, the lead singer.

Fireworks would explode in the sky, two pillars of fire would come out of the front of the stage without harming anyone, and the crowd would cheer at the band very loudly.

Kyoshika would slam the drums to the rhythm of the music, Kurara as well on the bass, and Yugamu and Nozomi would make an excellent guitar duo, both rocking their own instruments, Yugamu with a gleeful smile. At the same time, Nozomi would do it with expertise, but with great passion and a big smile on her face, and Moko would take the microphone and sing her heart out.

Moko would start moving around the stage, holding the microphone as she increased the emotion in her voice; she would also start juggling the pole that held it.

And of course, the audience would roar in a round of applause and supportive cheers.

Back to reality

As soon as Moko ended the song, the applause and cheers came quickly, showing how much we loved her performance.

"Nice one, Moko!" Nozomi applauded.

"It was a song you were supposed to sing, Moko, not make me fall in love with you all over again, but I can't complain," Eito said with a tiny smile on his face.

"Well, we can all say that Moko performed spectacularly, and I'm satisfied with that." Said Hiruko.

Moko didn't say much; she was just happy and satisfied with her performance.

As for who was next to sing, much to my surprise, Nozomi got up from her seat to take the microphone to sing.

I couldn't help but smile at her enthusiasm. "Couldn't wait any longer?" I asked.

Nozomi turned to gaze at me. "Let's just say I got motivated by all of you guys' performance, so I thought I should go for it now, just make sure you don't blink during my performance, Takky~." She winked at me as she said that.

We didn't have to wait long for the TV screen to show what song Nozomi was gonna sing: Afterlife Evanescence.

I knew which song it was, and I was a little surprised that Nozomi chose that one.

Then the song would begin as Nozomi sang in a beautiful yet haunting voice.

Inside Nozomi's imagination

We would see a very intense scene in which Nozomi is running from devilish monsters that are pursuing her, but from above, an explosion would engulf the monsters.

Nozomi turned around and smiled to see that Takumi had come out of the flames unscathed. The couple would remain on the run from the monsters, protecting each other.

The scene would change to Nozomi, almost having a breakdown in an isolated room, as she remembered all the horrors she saw.

But fortunately, Takumi came in to pull her into an embrace to comfort her as Nozomi sobbed in his arms.

No one hears me pray for my revenge
Nothing's gonna wash away these sins
I'll bathe in the fire, no more wounds to mend
We all die in the end, but I know who I am

Another change of scene would show Takumi holding his sword with trembling hands, almost as if afraid of what he's about to do, but ultimately, he lunges at what he has in front of him.

Then it would timeskip to the aftermath, Takumi with blood on his hands, with a haunted look on his face, as if what he had done ended up traumatizing him.

Fortunately, Nozomi would appear to hug him from behind, offering the comfort he needed.

And once again, the scene would shift to show Nozomi and Takumi fighting more of those devilish monsters surrounding them, Nozomi with her gun and Takumi with his sword.

A few moments later, as both Takumi and Nozomi looked tired, Takumi saw that Nozomi was about to be killed by those monsters; his body trembled with rage.

And then, Takumi would let out a thunderous roar to the sky, a massive red aura would surround Takumi, and the monsters looked petrified at the newly awakened Takumi.

Without wasting time, Takumi would instantly blitz through the monsters with ease, killing all of them with no mercy.

Meanwhile, Nozomi looks with shock at the massacre Takumi was doing against their enemies.

Today I am not afraid to die

Then it would skip to the aftermath, showing that Takumi had indeed killed all the monsters that were about to kill them.

But his red aura would disappear. Takumi would fall to the ground from exhaustion, but Nozomi caught him mid-fall and lay him down gently to rest on her lap.

The moon's light would illuminate the couple. Nozomi looked with nothing but love at the now tired Takumi, who had scratches and some blood dripping on his forehead and left cheek.

Now, with tears flooding Nozomi's eyes, she would smile, and she would slowly lean towards Takumi's face, ready to kiss him on the lips.

Nozomi closed her eyes, and finally, their lips touched. She would caress Takumi's head with her right hand as she kissed him with all the love she had for him and a promise that they would never be apart ever again.

Back to reality

As soon as Nozomi finished her song, she would put down the microphone on the table. Hoooo...ly...

I was enraptured by how Nozomi sang; the haunting tone was a bonus, and even our friends just listened until the song ended.

And when it did, well, the sound of claps would surround the room, we were applauding, and cheering for Nozomi's performance.

"Woooooooooow! That's ma girl!" Moko cheered.

"It was certainly not bad, that one was good, Nozomi." Hiruko complimented.

"I already expected you to do great, so nothing here to say," Kurara said.

"That was... Hauntingly beautiful in the best sense." Shion complimented.

Nozomi only smiled even more at the compliments of our friends, then she locked eyes towards to where I was sitting, expecting me to say something.

Of course, I smiled at her. "What do I have to say that hasn't been said already? That was more than just amazing, but I'll quote what Eito said before: it was a song you were supposed to sing, Nozomi, not make me fall in love with you all over again, and you did exactly just that." I complimented.

Nozomi's smile became brighter at my words, so she walked back to sit on the couch at my side. She brought her hands to my face and pulled me in for a lovely kiss on the lips.

I heard a few 'awww's among our friends (Tsubasa, Moko, Takemaru, and Shion), while the others just rolled their eyes playfully. Nozomi broke the kiss to look me in the eyes and say. "Glad that you loved my performance, Takky❤."

"If you two are going to make out, then at least do it in private." Kurara half-jokingly said.

"Like in one of the bathrooms, somewhere you won't get seen, or even at home." Hiruko teasingly said.

Nozomi and I blushed at the comments. I was a little embarrassed, but Nozomi didn't look embarrassed; rather, she smiled mischievously. "Well, thank you for the advice, you two. I'll make sure to take it to heart once I decide to get 'busy' with Takky~." She said as she winked at me as if I should expect something from her once we finish our date. Soooooooooooo... I guess I should expect a very passionate night? Okay. I was surprised at how accepting I was of the prospect of a passionate night at the end of our Valentine's Day. I guess I got used to it at this point. Then again, Nozomi loves me, and I love her, but sometimes I feel like out of the two of us, Nozomi is the one who loves me the most or gives me the most love.

As we all talked about Nozomi's performance, the next one to sing was actually Gaku, who got up from the couch to take the microphone.

Most of us were surprised that Gaku decided to take the stage to sing. "So you finally decided to step up?" Kurara asked teasingly.

"Well, yeah, I got enough courage to do this and not embarrass myself," Gaku said as he took the microphone that was on the table and walked to the center of the room.

"Then go for it, little man!" Takemaru cheered.

"Go ahead and impress us," Tsubasa said.

Kurara just winked at Gaku as her way to cheer him.

As we cheered Gaku, the TV would show the song that Gaku chose: Judgement Shinpan.

Takemaru was playing the drums, Eito the keyboard, and Takumi and Gaku the guitars, with Takumi as the supporting singer and Gaku the lead singer, all wearing serious yet focused expressions.

The boys would play their instruments at their own pace: Takemaru slamming the drums to match the intensity; Eito on his keyboard to match the rhythm of his bandmates; Takumi and Gaku playing their guitars side by side, with Gaku singing and Takumi just supporting.

The crowd cheered for the boys as they kept going, while fireworks lit up the band from behind.

Gaku and Takumi would smile with confidence at their audience, extending their hands to the public and pointing at them with their fingers.

As Gaku sings the last chorus, he would fistbump the air as the song ends, with Takemaru slamming the drums one last time, Eito playing the last notes with his keyboard, and Takumi doing the same with his guitar.

The crowd would go crazy after the song ended, while the boys would smile at their audience with satisfaction in their eyes.

Back to reality

As soon as the song ended, Gaku let out a sigh of relief as he put the microphone on the table.

Of course, no words were needed to say we liked his performance, with Takemaru whistling at Gaku and Shion looking satisfied.

"Now THAT was some good shit, man!" Takemaru complimented.

"Well, at least you managed to impress us," Hiruko said.

As Gaku took his seat, he turned to look at Kurara as if expecting something.

Of course, Kurara only smirked at him as she leaned toward him and pecked him on the cheek. She blushed a little as she pulled back. "Not bad, 8.5 out of 10, you're getting better at this, keep improving, and you'll get the perfect score." She said.

Gaku snorted a little. "Heh... It's something at least." He said while blushing after receiving Kurara's kiss on his cheek.

As soon as all the compliments for Gaku ended, everyone in the room turned their gazes to me, and I knew what that meant, so I got up from my seat and took the microphone. "Welp... Guess it's my turn." I said.

"Take it away, man!" Gaku cheered.

"Go ahead and rock it," Takemaru said with a grin.

"You got this, leader!" Moko cheered.

"Make it interesting," Kurara said with a smirk.

"Don't embarrass yourself." Hiruko teased.

Shion and Tsubasa gave me only a thumbs-up as their way of cheering me on.

Eito looked expectant, as if waiting for me to begin my performance, but he did smile at me since he didn't need to say anything.

As I reached the center of the room, Nozomi and I exchanged glances; she gave me an affectionate smile, and, much to my surprise, she blew me a kiss as if wishing me good luck.

After gathering enough courage, the TV screen showed the song I had chosen to sing: Fire Inside.

I knew exactly how to go with this song. I tried to give a more appropriate tone to certain parts of the lyrics, and as soon as the song began, I knew it was my time to perform.

We would see Takumi surrounded by a horde of grotesque demons, but he doesn't look fazed in the slightest. He wore what appeared to be a devil-hunter outfit, and his katana was his only means of defense.

A little timeskip and see Takumi finishing the last of the demons, but two demonic reptiles appeared behind Takumi, and shockingly, Takumi disappeared in front of them, just for those reptiles to have many cuts, because Takumi slashed them at such a high speed that his demonic enemies didn¿t see it coming. Then those reptiles would literally fall into pieces of meat, leaving a puddle of blood.

Just then, another demon would appear in front of Takumi to attack him, but the demon would be shot from behind its back and with two bullets through its head, which would kill the creature. Just as the creature's corpse fell to the floor, it would be revealed that it was Nozomi (with her own devil hunter outfit) holding a rifle, pointing at the creature while having a smile on her face.

Takumi would smile at seeing her, and Nozomi would only wink at him.

The scene shifts to Takumi fighting a horde of demons alongside Gaku, who is using his Gatling gun, Tsubasa, who is running them over with her truck, and Moko, who is using her spiked maze to smash the demons.

Moko was having the time of her life, showing off her skills like any wrestler would, with a big smile on her face.

Tsubasa was just doing what she had to do to protect her teammates, and her truck carried all the weaponry she needed to kill the demons.

Gaku, on the other hand, was fighting to survive, yelling all kinds of slurs at the demons as he demolished them with his Gatling gun.

Takumi led his team, slashing his way through with calm, precise strokes.

Hiruko summoned his giant axe while looking at the demons with sadistic glee. Kurara looked down on them with arrogance as she prepared a few bombs to throw at the demons, and Takumi just prepared his sword to launch himself to attack them.

Another change of scene would show Takumi, Nozomi, Eito, and Shion walking through a throne room, where a demon-emperor figure, humanoid in appearance, loomed over them. They didn't exchange words; the team launched itself at the attack to fight the demon emperor.

But a brief timeskip would show that they are now fighting a horde of demons the demon emperor summoned. Nozomi was keeping her distance as she fired bullets from her rifle. Shion was also keeping his distance, but he was using fireballs made of Undying Flames to burn the demons. Eito was slashing the enemies down with his scythe, not giving them any opportunity to fight back. Takumi was doing his thing in fighting the demons while protecting Nozomi from any incoming attacks.

Another little timeskip would show that Takumi and his team are now fighting the demon emperor, or rather, Takumi is fighting the demon emperor on his own since Nozomi, Eito, and Shion were fighting off the rest of the demons.

Takumi and the demon emperor would clash in a high-speed battle, swords clashing, fists, kicks, and even techniques.

Nozomi and Shion acted as the support, while Takumi and Eito were on the front line, attacking the demon emperor.

Both sides would be exhausted, or that's what it would look like, since Takumi would grin as a flaming scarlet aura would engulf him.

The demon emperor would look in shock, and almost in fear of what Takumi was doing, but Nozomi, Eito, and Shion would smirk as if the demon emperor's fate was already sealed.

Another timeskip would show the entire gang celebrating at what appears to be their house, just celebrating another successful day of demon hunting, with Gaku and Kurara preparing dinner for them while discussing, Hiruko drinking wine from her glass, Takemaru having a friendly wrestling match against Moko, Eito reading a book in peace, despite how loud or chaotic the group was, Tsubasa was carrying the snacks while Nozomi was helping her, and Takumi and Shion were having a friendly conversation.

As soon as the song ended, I took a deep breath before leaving the microphone on the table. I took a long sip of my drink to hydrate myself after giving my best.

"Uff... Now that one was something else." I said as I wiped a drop of sweat from my forehead with my left hand.

A silence would surround the room before I heard the clapping, Eito's slow claps, and a smile on his face.

Then Hiruko, Kurara, Tsubasa, and Gaku joined Eito, with Hiruko and Kurara more subdued, while Tsubasa and Gaku were more energetic.

"Now THAT was fire, man! No pun intended." Takemaru said as he cheered me.

"I could already tell that there was literal fire in your eyes, Takumi, and I love that!" Moko cheered as she flexed her arms at the excitement of the song.

"I honestly loved it, Takumi, you truly were spitting some fire." Gaku complimented.

"Yeah, even I could feel the fire in me burn even brighter," Shion said.

"Are we seriously gonna keep going with the fire puns? But seriously, that was a stellar performance, Takumi." Kurara said. "I wish I could perform, but I'm feeling generous in letting you all get the spotlight." She continued.

"We all know it is because you're feeling shy, but it's nothing new," Hiruko said, which led Kurara to blush in embarrassment and give Hiruko a stinky look. "I'll give you bonus points for the tone of voice you used; other than that, it was a great performance." She continued, complimenting my performance.

"Well... It has fire in the song for a reason, right?" Eito said, which had almost everyone except Nozomi looking at him with raised eyebrows as if saying, 'Really, Eito?' He noticed the way he was being stared at and chuckled sheepishly. "Okay, okay, I'll stop with the fire puns."

We all laughed in good nature at Eito's comment.
