Summary
Tommy was a vigilante, something that was extremely illegal in L'manburg. And not just “go to jail for a couple years”kind of illegal, it was the “your family and friends will never hear from you again” kind of illegal. Even though everyone knew that vigilantes did more work than the heroes, they still didn’t care. A vigilante could save a civilians life, and the civilian would still call the cops.
Yet another Tommy/vigilante fic! Nothing ever goes wrong in these fics, trust me!
