I'm generally pretty comfortable with writing anything, even the squicky stuff, so this is mostly a page to help manage your expectations. I want your fic to be the best it can be, so I'll be upfront with you about what I feel like I can and can't write.
Except for one section, don't let my list stop you—go wild!
THE ABSOLUTE MUSTS
- Has to involve the first-years in a prominent way. Can be from someone else’s POV, though.
- Keep my request section clear of any harm against other (IRL) people. If you don’t respect that, I’m going to delete your comment.
THE CANS AND CANNOTS
Can do —
- Angst
- Fluff
- Crack
- Major Character Death
- Major Character Injury
- Graphic Depictions of Violence
- AUs — includes Canon Divergence
- Any content ranging from “General” to “Mature”
- Slight character bashing
- Incorporations of certain headcanons
- References to Disney canon
Can do, but it will be kind of difficult —
- Ships
- Crossovers (especially if it's a fandom I don't know)
- Implied/Referenced Child Abuse
- Implied/Referenced Racism (especially pertaining to ONE PARTICULAR PERSON *COUGH COUGH*)
- Future Fics
Can’t do, just because I really don't know how to write stuff like that —
- Any content in the “Explicit” category
- Rape/Non-Con, even if only implied
- Neurodivergency (I have ADHD, but I don't know how to put those thoughts to paper)
- Overt character bashing
