Work Text:
Tommy got exiled from his village.
It wasn’t his fault, though!
He was fourteen and was living on the streets, so he decided to steal something, and said person he stole from turned out to be a werewolf or something.
The village thought he was a werewolf, so they exiled him. When he didn’t anything wrong! It was inevitable, but still!
So, Tommy left, he did steal a few things from a few stores, since he wasn’t coming back. Then he headed to the forest where he planned to stay for the rest of the time.
Tommy walked for a while and then made his way to a meadow, there were trees surrounding him, and a rock which he could probably use as a pillow.
So, Tommy approached the rock and put his backpack down and stated to unpack his stuff, or things he stole.
There was one blanket which he was happy he was able to fit in the bag, since it was huge, but it was worth it.
There was also some food, and a water bottle which he’ll refill later, but that’s all he brought, and could fit.
So, Tommy huffed and sat the blanket down on the rock, which was way too big to be considered a rock, but it was fine.
It has been two hours since he left the village and one hour after he arrived at the meadow, or his current home, when a dog came by.
Tommy didn’t know the breed, but it was a big dog and had white fur, the dog’s ears were up, and their fur was clean.
Dog’s clean their fur, right?
Yeah.
“Hi?” Tommy said tilting his head looking for a collar as the dog approached, sitting down at his feet.
“Do you have a collar?” Tommy asked, then facepalmed because the dog can’t respond to him, obviously.
Then he realized he also can’t check, since the dog might bite him. Maybe if the dog likes him, he could have a companion.
“Uh, what am I supposed to do to make a dog like me again.” He muttered to himself, and watched as the dog tilted their head, looking amused.
“Stick my hand out, right.” Tommy said, sticking his hand out cautiously.
“Don’t you dare bite me.” Tommy warned, narrowing his eyes as the dog stalked closer than sniffed his hand, there was a pause then the dog looked at him then nudged it.
Okay.
Now what?
Huffing, the dog nudged his hand again, and Tommy figured he could pet the dog then, so he did that. Gently brushing the dog's neck to see a collar, none.
“You’re by yourself?” Tommy asked, frowning, before giving the dog a small smile.
“So am I.” Tommy looked away, but continued petting the dog.
“You know we could be friends.” Tommy suggested, and the dog looked at him with interest.
“Do you have a name?” Tommy decided to ask, and the dog just stared at him, so Tommy huffed.
“I’ll name you then…” Tommy trailed off.
“Clementine?”
The dog stared at him in disbelief, then Tommy’s eyes widened.
“Wait, are you a girl?” Tommy said confused.
“Uh—Blink once if you're a girl?” Tommy said, unsure of what to do, the dog didn’t blink so Tommy huffed.
“Blink once if you're not?” Tommy tried, and the dog blinked Tommy gaped in shock, but nodded.
“Yeah, I’m not either.” He said and then tilted his head wondering what he should name the dog.
“Henry? Should I name you Henry?” Tommy said, and the dog didn’t move, so Tommy figured no.
“Hmm, Shroud?”
The dog didn’t give a reaction again, and just let Tommy pet him, so he rolled his eyes and tried to think of another.
“You're a dog so techn—,” The dog cut him off letting out a bark and wagging its tell, Tommy tilted his head confused.
“What?”
The dog stared at him and Tommy shook his head.
“What I was going to say is that you're a dog so techn—,”
The dog again cut him off right before he said technically and Tommy paused.
“Tech?” He tried, and the dog wagged its tail, so Tommy nodded.
“Yeah, we’ll call you Tech then.” Tommy said patting the Tech’s head, and then yawned, hey he walked for so long.
“I should probably have a nap, huh, Tech?” Tommy said, and the Tech tilted his head as if confused and Tommy scoffed.
“I walked here, Tech. I didn’t get much rest yesterday too, or the weeks before that, but I could try to catch up now.” Tommy said, and then Tech just stalked closer laying down next to Tommy’s blanket.
Huffing Tommy walked over and covered himself in the blanket patting Tech.
“Please don’t run away when I sleep.” Tommy said closing his eyes and Tech just snorted in response, so Tommy figured he wouldn’t.
When Tommy woke up it was still light out, so he figured it must have been a whole day since he felt well rested.
Great, it wasn’t a dream he was exiled.
Tommy rubbed his eyes and then realized that Tech didn’t move from where he was earlier, so he yawned.
“Morning!” He chimed and Tech turned around watching Tommy get up and stretch.
“So, we should probably go search for food. I brought some already, but we should start looking.” Tommy informed putting his shoes on and grabbing his backpack, opening it as Tech slowly approached him sitting next to him watching the bag curiously.
It took him a while to find it, but when Tommy did he brought out the granolas and grinned.
“Food!” He said, watching as Tech blinked at him confused.
“Yeah, yeah. I have a sandwich in here somewhere, wait.” Tommy muttered, putting the granola back and searching for the sandwich then he showed Tech.
“See!” He said and then opened it, splitting it in to two, and then handing it to Tech.
“I didn’t bring a lot, but we could share what I did bring. Eat up, we’re going to go look for more food for later.” Tommy said, as Tech cautiously took it from Tommy’s hand and just held it in his mouth while Tommy ate the one in his hand.
“It’s not poisoned.” Tommy rolled his eyes, shoving the rest of the sandwich down and then zipping the backpack up. By the time he was done and grabbed his water bottle, Tech finished his sandwich and followed Tommy.
“I didn’t bring much food. I stole — Tech gave him a look — I didn’t have money! It was by the rich arses anyway. So, I have enough to last us two days, so we better find some food.” Tommy said listening if he could find a source of water too, he bets Tech is thirsty and so is he.
And he was already halfway finished with his water bottle.
“Tech, do you think you know anywhere with a river, or somewhere where we could get water.” Tommy asked it was a long shot, but hey Tech was smart, or dogs are smart.
There was an amused huff coming from Tech before he walked in front of Tommy, leading the way. It took them only a few minutes to reach a pond which was clean enough for drinking.
“Wow.” Tommy breathed shocked because, wow. It looked poggers, there was a small waterfall coming from it and Tommy grinned, there were fishes in the small pond, and Tommy stalked closer drinking all the water then filling up.
Behind him, Tommy could see Tech approaching the water, and then drinking some too. Once they were finished Tommy grinned, Tech walked back to his side.
“Look at this, Tech.” Tommy said happily and Tech just nodded.
“This is so poggers, I’ve never seen anything like this.” Tommy said as Tech nudged his arm huffing, Tommy petted the dog once again.
“It’s cool, right?” Tommy asked as Tech laid down next to him.
“Yeah, it’s cool.”
They stayed there for a few minutes, or maybe an hour, Tommy didn’t know the time. Before Tommy huffed and went to get up before realizing Tech was asleep, so they stayed there longer until Tech finally woke up.
“Hi, Sleeping beauty.” Tommy smirked and Tech got up, looking shocked as if he hadn’t realized he fell asleep.
“OK, now that you're awake, we should go look for some food.” Tommy said clapping his hands together and standing up, Tech followed, and then they ventured into the forest.
They were walking when Tech barked and Tommy looked curiously too where Tech was looking then saw it, an apple tree.
“Tech look!” Tommy said as if Tech weren’t the one-to-point it out.
Once Tech saw that Tommy noticed it he ran to the tree waiting for Tommy to catch up, huffing Tommy ran too and looked at the tree. Grabbing an apple, and then taking a bite, handing another to Tech, so he could eat some too.
“They taste even better than the ones at the village.” Tommy told Tech, moving to sit down next to Tech after he grabbed a few more handfuls, handing some to Tech when Tommy noticed he was finished. For another hour or two they sat there while Tommy just chattered away.
“We should probably go back. I need to look for a cave, or something.” Tommy said and Tech looked at him confused.
“We need a place to stay if it rains, Tech. We can’t just stay in the meadow.” Tommy said, and Tech looked at him unamused.
“What do you like the meadow?” Tommy asked and Tech nodded huffing, Tommy groaned.
“Fine, we’ll stay in the meadow, but we have to make a base there then.” Tommy said and Tech looked pleased.
“It’ll take a lot of work.” Tommy informed, and Tech just tilted his head.
“Yeah, yeah, fine.” Tommy muttered, patting Tech’s head then moving to get up.
“We should head back now. Since you want us to have a base, in the meadow.” Tommy huffed, Tech just looked intrigued.
So, they walked back and spent the rest of the day trying to make a base, Tech just stared at him while Tommy tried to make one, thankfully Tech seemed to help somehow.
Communicating with Tommy without saying any words, so by the time when they went to sleep they had a half roof, they could have finished it that day.
But Tech refused to help him and Tommy scoffed the dog obviously wanting him to sleep instead, so without Tech’s help with building he went to sleep, making the dog clearly happy.
The next few days Tommy and Tech continued building the roof, and spent the other time of the day hanging out while eating food from the multiple trees here, there were so many it was insane.
Tommy’s backpack too he brought way more food than he had thought, every day there would be something he swore he didn’t bring, but he must have forgotten.
Other than that, they spent the rest of the day messing around, Tommy talking to Tech or just sleeping while Tech watched over him.
It has been nearly a month or so when Tommy got exiled and meant Tech, and he was happy, happier than he was in the village.
They didn’t have much to do today since they finished the roof, so Tommy went to sleep early, Tech laying down next to Tommy’s back and putting his head on Tommy’s side as if it were a pillow would watch over him looking for danger.
Tommy never thought there would be any.
Tommy was wrong.
He got woken up by a growl, and he rubbed his eyes looking around for the source of the sound, when he realized it was Tech and then he got up.
“Tech?” Tommy whispered, and the growl faltered, and he saw as Tech turned to look at him and then backed up, so he was right in front of Tommy.
“What’s wrong—,” Tommy started, but then he saw it, there was another dog there was a great distance between them, but another nonetheless he couldn’t see them that great since it was dark and was closer to the trees that a shadow cast over them.
Tech kept growling at them, and Tommy huffed, patting him and muttering some it’s fine, even if he didn’t believe it.
“Come on.” He muttered and then slowly Tommy approached the dog Tech alongside him, not happy huffing by Tommy’s side but following.
“Hello?” He said sitting down on the grass, so he was the same height as the dog, and sticking his hand out, but then Tech growled grabbing a part of Tommy’s shirt with his mouth and tugging him away, taken surprised Tommy let out a yelp.
“Tech!” He gasped and then took his hand away, glaring at Tech. In response, he got a glare and Tommy rolled his eyes, fine, he won’t stick his hand out.
“Hello. I’m Tommy, this is Tech.”
The dog looked at Tech then huffed walking forward into the light and Tech growled but then the faltered now seeing the dog in full light.
There was some certain recognition in Tech’s eyes, but still Tech huffed and walked closer to Tommy, making a barrier between him and then other wolf.
“Do you have a collar?” Tommy asked as Tech laid down his head in Tommy’s lap.
“Clingy.” Tommy muttered, petting Tech’s head as the other dog looked in amusement and also a bit smug. Glancing at the other's neck, Tommy saw no collar and then decided Tech is getting a friend.
“Would you like a friend?” Tommy asked looking at Tech who just looked at him in horror and Tommy figured it was a yes.
“That’s a yes, then.” Tommy said, grinning as Tech looked at him in shock and then turned to the other dog.
“You need a name.” Tech groaned and Tommy rolled his eyes.
“What about—,”
Tech again interrupted him with another groan.
“Come on Tech, wil—,”
The other dog wagged his tail and then barked, Tommy looked up and tilted his head.
“Wil?” Tommy tried, it’s almost the same thing as what happened with Tech. The other dog wagged his tail again and Tech groaned, nudging Tommy’s hand again. Huffing, Tommy petted Tech, but stuck his other hand out to Wil.
“Hello, Wil.” Tommy said as Wil nudged his hand and Tommy petted both of the dogs. They all sat there in silence, content for a while until Tommy yawned.
“I am going back to bed, you two woke me up.” Tommy said and then nudged Tech, so he would get up, Tech did, but it took him a while, probably to spite Tommy because he got him a friend.
With the two dogs following him, Tommy went back to lay down and tilted his head as Wil let out a sad whine.
“What?” Tommy asked, and Wil stared at Tommy’s blanket and rock pillow.
“It’s fine, Wil.” Tommy said, giving him a small smile.
“I’ve slept with worse, a rock and a blanket is fine.” Tommy said.
Tech made his way back to his original spot laying against Tommy’s back and having his head on Tommy’s side but this time it was his neck, huffing Tommy patted his head.
Watching the two interact, Wil eventually made his way over sitting next to Tommy’s legs, since Tech wouldn’t let him anywhere closer. Content, Tommy closed his eyes and fell back asleep.
The next day they introduced Wil to their routine and multiple times Tommy had to stop him from trying to eat the fish in the pond.
It was clear that Wil seemed to do that because it gave a kick out of Tommy.
They spent the rest of the day exploring and then Tommy thought about trying to make a spear, so they could catch fish, and then cook it.
Tech liked the idea since he wagged his tail, but Wil seemed on the fence about it looking at Tommy in horror, but with Tech’s approval he started making a spear.
Like with the roof, Tech helped with instructions without talking, and Wil helped with the material. Again, they both wanted Tommy to sleep when he was so close to finishing it.
So, reluctantly, he went to sleep. Like the first night, Tech was sleeping against his back and Wil at his feet.
The next day they were able to finish the spear and Tommy went to go test it even though it was dark.
Wil looked at him in horror, which he wasn't really concerned about, since Wil was going to eat them, but Tech wouldn’t follow, so he didn’t.
“Come on, Tech—,” Tommy tried, but Tech just huffed and sat down next to the pillow rock.
“But I’m not tired, Tech!” Tommy argued, and he got up and Tommy cheered, but instead of Tech following him Tech grabbed a stick and walked to Tommy placing it at his feet.
“What? You want to play fetch?” Tommy asked, leaning down to pick up the stick, twirling it, and Wil looked up from his spot to see him do the pog tricks.
“You want to play?” He asked and Tech just wagged his tail, so Tommy grinned, then turned to Wil, whose eyes widened.
“What about you?” Tommy asked, tilting his head, Tech also turned, but Tommy could only see the back of his head.
Wil’s eyes darted to Tech then to Tommy and then walked over to Tommy, and he grinned and then threw the stick, and watched fondly as Tech came back first every time.
It took a while, but then Wil started trying and wasn’t able to beat Tech.
It was obvious how irritated it made Wil each time coming back with a pout and then cheating running before Tommy threw it, so, he hurled it in another direction. Watching as Tech brought it back as Wil looked in shock at the change of direction.
It was a fun night, they played for a while until Wil and Tommy got tired, Tech too, but less than Tommy and Wil. So, Tommy walked back to the pile of blankets and watched confused as Tech laid down where his head normally goes.
“Wha?” Tommy said and Tech huffed, and he scrunched his eyebrows trying to figure out what was happening.
“It’s fine Tech—,” Tommy tried, but Tech didn’t move and Wil nudged him forward.
“You’ve both been conspiring against me.” He said, rolling his eyes as he used Tech as a pillow, watching to see if Tech wanted to move, but he didn’t.
So with Tech curled around him and being used as a pillow, and Wil laying down in front of him just in range, so Tommy could hug him, which he did. Like all the other nights, Tommy fell asleep happy.
The next day, Tommy grabbed his spear and told Wil and Tech how much of a big man he was and walked over to the pond and went to try to stab fishes.
For hours, they stayed there but each time he missed and Tommy grit his teeth groaning.
“Come on!” He groaned, flipping off the fish and flopping on to the ground as he dropped the spear, putting his head in his hands.
“It’s your lucky day, Wil.” Tommy muttered and saw as Wil brightened up and Tommy flipped him off too.
On the corner of his eye, he saw Tech pick up the stick and walk over to the pond. Curiously, Tommy looked up and saw as Tech stabbed the one fish or salmon Tommy was trying to catch the whole time.
“Tech!” Tommy exclaimed jumping to his feet as Tech walked over to Tommy with the spear, carefully Tommy took it out of Tech’s mouth then grinned and Wil whined.
“Sorry, Wil.” He said sheepishly, and then with the salmon and spear he walked over to their base and then started a fire, with the bunch of sticks and rocks.
Carefully he set the spear on top of it and watched as the fish cooked, if you asked Tommy today was very successful.
Tommy was sleeping one night when Wil and Tech woke him up by barking and growling. Huffing, he patted Tech telling him to shush Tech who he still uses as a pillow, but instead there was a huff.
“Quiet—,” Tommy muttered as Wil didn’t stop starting to lick Tommy’s hands, and he finally opened his eyes.
“What are you guys—,” Tommy muttered and looked around and saw a dog(?), no wolf?
Most likely, they had pure white fur like Tech and dark brown eyes, like Wil.
Curiously Tommy got up and walked closer, Tech followed grabbing the hem of his pants and tugging him away.
“Tech—,” Tommy whined and Wil nudged his legs, but instead of walking away like they wanted him to. Tommy fell down since he was taken surprised.
The wolf stalked closer and Tech growled, showing his fangs off to the other wolf who just crouched but didn’t take the warning seriously.
On his other side Wil licked Tommy’s face and sat down next to him and also bared his teeth, he wasn’t as scary as Tech, but it works.
The wolf seeing that Wil and Tech were nothing baring their fangs started to back up and then ran away.
“You two are so protective.” Tommy said, nudging Wil and then petting Tech, before getting up and walking back to his blanket and waited for Tech, so he could sleep.
Once Tech laid down Tommy followed and used him as a pillow while Wil laid on Tommy’s side, both of them keeping guard in case someone came by.
The next day, Tommy woke up and took the others to the apple tree and ate, Tech was using his lap as a pillow as he slept. While Wil just curled up into a ball on Tommy’s side and fell asleep.
Tommy knew not to fall asleep while the others were, so he just ate apples and looked around, in the distance he could see something move.
Each time when he stared at it for so long nothing happened, so Tommy figured he was being paranoid, but then there were footsteps. Cautiously he looked again and there was a blond dog with blue eyes, reminding him of a golden retriever.
“Hello.” Tommy whispered as the dog got close, but not enough to bite him or provoke his pack.
“I’m Tommy and this is Tech and Wil.” He pointed at which was which, and the dog just looked amused. Like he did with the others, he looked for a collar, and there was none.
Distantly, he wondered why so many dogs were just hanging around the forest, but he brushed it off.
“I suppose Tech and Wil would like a friend.” Tommy said thoughtfully before sticking a hand out to the other dog.
Slowly they approached Tommy’s hand and then licked it. Smiling, Tommy petted them and tilted his head.
“I should name you. I don’t think you have one.” Tommy said, squinting as he tried to think of a name, before looking at the dog.
“Wait, are you a girl or—?” Tommy huffed, and the dog blinked looking shocked and then huffed.
“I’ll take that as a no?” Tommy said, and searched for a name.
“Henry?” Tommy tried, and the dog had no response, so Tommy winced.
“Tech didn’t like that name either, hm.” Tommy said looking into the sky for ideas.
“What should it start with? A Q?” Tommy joked, and the dog looked more interest, so he squinted.
“What? Should it start with an R?” Tommy asked and saw as the dog looked away, and Tommy bit his lip in thought.
“What about a P?” Tommy asked, and the dog started wagging its tail and he smiled.
“What about Peter?” Tommy asked, and the dog looked at him in horror, okay, not that.
“What’s some names that start with a P.” He said under his breath, racking his brain for a name.
“Phil?” Tommy tried and the-Phil wagged his tail and barked happily, grinning Tommy laughed and then realized the mistake.
It was like a switch Tech opened his eyes, ears pinned back and searched around then once he spotted Phil Tech growled not standing up, but moving, so he was more in front of Tommy.
The growl faltered and then Tech looked at Tommy confused.
“This is your friend, Tech. Phil!” Tommy said happily and watched as Wil’s ear twitched, obviously hearing all the commotion. It took a few minutes, but Wil let out a tired yawn and then opened his eyes, looking at Phil.
“That’s Phil, he’s a friend—,” Tommy tried hopeing Wil would be fine with it, but all Wil did was stare then look back at Tommy then let out another yawn.
Huffing, Tommy rolled his eyes looking at Tech.
“How come, you're the only one with problems, hm?” He asked, patting Tech as he narrowed his eyes watching Phil.
It took a while for Tech to get used to Phil, for some reason Tech was more wary around him than Wil. Tommy figured it was fine and teach Phil the routine, Phil was easy fitting right in and helping Tommy with anything often.
It was a few weeks maybe a month after they met Phil when Wil and Phil went missing, he woke up to Tech nudging his face and Tommy tiredly woke up.
“What happened?” He said as Tech got up now that Tommy was awake and Tech nearly ran in one direction, but stayed in the same pace as Tommy.
Seemingly noticing whatever was happening is important, Tommy picked up his pace running after Tech when he leaded Tommy into the forest. There Tommy could see two humans with a lot of gear, hunters.
The two humans had cages and Tommy saw that they had Phil and Wil, who whined, as the hunters tried to pull them into the cage. Huffing angrily, Tommy swore under his breath and slowly stood up, still out of view.
“Stay here, Tech.” Tommy told him a plan forming in his mind.
Tommy would act like a helpless and clueless child who is searching for Phil and Wil his friends, and accidentally stumbled over the hunters.
With that in mind, he walked a good distance away and cupped his hands, putting it over his mouth.
“Phil!” Tommy yelled and slowly walked in the direction of the hunters, knowing that Phil would hear his name.
“Wil!” Tommy yelled louder as he could faintly hear the hunters and Wil and Phil.
“Phil, Wil!” Tommy yelled, and now he could see them. Slowly, he walked closer, looking around as if he hadn’t noticed.
“Phil, Wil!” Tommy called again and tried to hide a grin as Phil started barking at Tommy and Wil followed. With that, Tommy gasped as if he just noticed them in a cage, he watched as the hunters looked at Tommy and them back at each other.
“Jared?” One of them said to the other—Jared.
“Karen, you said—!” Jared cried as Karen looked confused about what to do, initially rolling his eyes, Tommy ran up to Phil and Wil’s cages. Ignoring the anger that bubbled over him.
“Phil! Wil! What happened!” Tommy whined, making it sound like he was devastated, and sure he is, but he’s more angry than sad. Frowning, Tommy looked at the hunters, resisting the urge to yell at them for taking his pack—friends away.
“Why are they in a cage?” Tommy asked, making it sound like he had no clue.
“Well you see me and Karen are hunters, we look for wolves and then take them?” Jared said, looking at Karen anxiously. Huffing, Tommy rolled his eyes and stared at both of them in disbelief.
“Wil and Phil aren’t wolves! They’re my friends.” Tommy said, and watched as the hunters faltered, looking at each other.
“They don’t have a collar—,” Karen protested and Tommy rolled his eyes, stepping forward and fiddling with the lock, until Jared came and unlocked both of them.
“Collars cost money, and it’s not like it grows on trees. I didn’t think hunters would come and try to take them.” Tommy said before hissing and then slowly helped Phil out of his cage and then Wil.
“Sorry—,” Jared said sheepishly looking at Karen who just started to enter the car.
“Sorry?” Karen said, sounding not even sorry, Tommy huffed. Watching both of them enter the car and start it.
“See you never.” Tommy said because he really didn’t want to see them again, after that, he watched as Karen and Jared drove away.
Once they were gone, he nearly collapsed with relief and looked at Tech before motions for him to come over. After that, he laughed and stared at his pack—friends.
“I wonder why they tried to take you, there was no reason.” Tommy said and saw as all three of them looked at each other nervously and he faltered.
“There was no reason, right?” Tommy whispered looking at all three of them confused before Wil whined and then nudged Phil who huffed, and then shifted.
Phil shifted.
PHIL SHIFTED?
“What!” Tommy yelled scrambling backwards as he screamed at the blonde-haired man with blue eyes he also had a bearded, Phil was wearing a green robe with a black shirt under it and black pants with boots.
“Phil? Phil—Is your name even Phil? How come you can shift? That doesn’t make sense. You're a dog, but dogs can’t shift. Oh, primes. You're a werewolf? My pa—friends are werewolves? Oh—,” Tommy rambled panicking and then Wil nudged him with his face and Tommy cut himself off.
“Hi, mate.” Phil said sheepishly.
“Sorry about that.”
Wil huffed, looking at Tommy concerned.
“You're a werewolf.” Tommy stated, and Phil just nodded, his hands raised.
“I feel like we should introduce ourselves. I’m Phil or Philza, and that’s Tech as you called him, his full name is Technoblade, but as his family we call him Techno. That’s Wil, or Wilbur, and we’re all werewolves.” Phil said.
Wil—Wilbur huffed and then shifted now a brunet with dark brown eyes staring at Tommy with concern, he was wearing a brown trench coat and yellow sweater also black pants and dark brown boots.
“Hi.” Wilbur said, looking at Tech—Techno, expectantly.
In a blink of an eye, Techno also shifted to having pink hair and dark brown eyes almost red and a scar over his nose. Wearing a red cape and a poet's shirt with also black pants, was it a style? Like Phil and Wilbur, he had black boots.
“Hullo, Theseus.” Techno said, offering a hand out to Tommy, who was still on the ground. Noticing this he took Techno’s hand and then stood by his side, it’s not like anything changed, but still Tommy trusted Techno more.
“Theseus?” He questioned and Techno looked away as if embarrassed.
“I—uhh, didn’t know your name, so I just called you, Theseus.” Techno said, and Tommy nodded.
“Well, I feel like we should head home?” Phil said and Tommy nodded, getting ready to head back to their base, and Wilbur noticed.
“Tommy—,” He said, and Tommy turned and looked at him confused.
“I think Phil was talking about the other one, but let’s stop by ours and collect our stuff?” Wilbur suggested, and Phil nodded, now noticing his mistake.
“Okay.” Tommy said, sticking by Techno’s side, and they headed back to their base in silence. Once they were there, Tommy grabbed the backpack and blanket, looking up at Phil waiting for instructions.
“Let’s head to our other house, yeah?” Tommy said, and he nodded, following Phil.
Along the way he asked questions about why they hidden their identity’s and watched as they all looked away sheepishly and then Wilbur told him it’s because they were nervous and worried.
While they were walking he asked basic questions, what's their favourite colours and others. He also asked important ones like why Techno approached him and everything else that came to mind.
It didn’t take long for them to arrive at the house, no mansion, and Tommy stared at it in shock. The others didn’t even notice and just entered the house.
“Welcome.” Phil said and looked at Techno expectantly.
“Right, I’ll show you your room, The—Tommy.” Techno said mixing up the names and started to walk, Tommy followed.
“You can call me Theseus, I don’t mind.” Tommy said as Techno leaded Tommy to his room, wait his room?
“Why do I have a room, Techno?” Tommy asked and watched as Techno started to fidget, but kept walking in the same direction.
“Well… I—uhhh, when I met you the first few days I stayed, then I started to tell Phil and Wil about you. After a few weeks, we made you a room, for when you hopefully came to visit?” Techno said and then stopped in front of a door, opening it, and Tommy’s eyes widened when he saw the room.
It was poggers, he expected, a guest room, but it was filled with all of his favourite stuff. A cow plushie was on his bed and a moth one with red pillows with red white blankets, and so many other things.
“Woah.” Tommy whispered, taking everything in.
“Yeah, uhh, you mentioned a few times what your favourite stuff are and what you would like.” Techno said, looking proud at their creation, but also nervous.
“I was just rambling to keep you all entertained. Wow. Thank you.” Tommy said grinning looking at the room, walking deeper in.
Out of the corner of his eye, he could see Techno smile.
“I’ll leave you to it. You know the way down, me and everyone else will be downstairs.” Techno said and Tommy nodded, barely registering the door closing as he explored, there was even a private bathroom!
This was absolutely poggers.
Wow!
Grinning to himself he let out a bubbly laugh and walked to the bed, dramatically collapsing onto it and was shocked at how comfortable it was.
When Tommy laid down on the bed for a few minutes, he gasped and let out an angry huff.
He stormed out of the room and found Phil, Wilbur, and Techno after a bunch of trial and error of searching the house.
Huffing angrily he stopped and glared at all of them seemingly noticing his presence, they all turned then looked nervous.
“You okay, mate?” Phil asked, glancing at Wil and Tech, but Tommy narrowed his eyes.
“Upstairs—,” He muttered, out of breath from running around the house.
“There’s a nice bed upstairs, and NONE OF YOU TOLD ME? Instead, you let me sleep on a ROCK?”
They all winced.
