A = Aftercare (What they’re like after sex)
Luffy would definitely need help in understanding why aftercare was important. Honestly, it would probably slip his mind a lot. It's not that he's against it either, he just doesn't think about things like that. If he isn't already fast asleep by the end of it, you can ask him to do basically whatever you need and chances are he'll agree to it, even if he personally doesn't see a need for it.
B = Body part (Their favourite body part of theirs and also their partner’s)
Gun (or something actually effective against him) to his head, Luffy still couldn’t tell you what his favorite body part is on himself. It’s not something he’s ever really given a lot of thought to, and even after thinking about it for several minutes he’d probably still be unable to give a proper answer.
