AFO found All might before Shimura Nana. He saved him, and the history changed. All might become All Smite, Symbol of Hopelessness. It is also the reason why Izuku become a villian in this AU. (AFO is Izuku's father, however without All Smite, Izuku wouldn't follow villian path. 'If anything could turn Izuku to the side of villainy, then it would be Villain All Might.' I agreed with the reason that author told.)
