Summary
Edward Little and Thomas Jopson died on the shale of King William Island. So bumping into each other in a Bloomsbury lecture hall fifty years later comes as something of a surprise. From the Fabian Society to the Three Day Week, from the trenches to the Pyramids to Old Compton Street - in life after life Edward sees Thomas, and remembers. Is this a chance to put things right? Or is the punishment for his failure in the Arctic to spend eternity losing the man he loves?

Edward finds himself repeatedly having to remind himself to look more aloof. As far as anyone else knows, Tom is his employer’s clerk and they’ve known each other all of two days. There is no reason whatsoever that Edward should grin so readily in his presence, that his gaze should stray to Tom any more than is necessary in conversation. No reason why he should trip over his words every time their knees brush under the table.
Tom is not helping matters. He looks incandescently beautiful in the soft firelight, flushed and happy; coat and jumper discarded, sleeves rolled up, uncaring for once of his fringe falling in his eyes. There’s a relaxation in him that Edward has never seen before. Part of it is being among his peers of course, but part is that for the first time they know exactly where they stand with each other.
He knows he is loved, Edward thinks, and the surge of feeling that hits him is almost painful. I’ve done that. He knows he doesn’t have to worry because he knows he is loved.

THE reincarnation fic!!!
Frank - Crozier - god, last week he called Captain Crozier a hidebound reactionary, ok it was a joke but still - skids breathlessly into the room.‘It worked? Yes, of course, I can see - at ease, Edward for fuck’s sake.’
‘Captain?’
‘Frank, Tom, you’ve called me Frank as long as you’ve known me. Oh, now don’t cry, lad, or you’ll set me off.’
--
‘We weren’t just sat about twiddling our thumbs’ Tom protests. ‘Ned’s a veteran of El Alamein, I’ll have you know.’
‘I’m not sure you can call yourself a veteran of a battle you died in.’
