Summary
The cities burned. Highways were choked with abandoned cars and charred buses. Military barricades were overrun. Bodies lined the streets, some still twitching. And in the silence that followed, the survivors scattered — trying to hold onto something human.
Somewhere among them, two hearts still beat for each other.
Park Chanyeol. Byun Baekhyun.
One, a soldier stationed far from home. The other, a musician alone in the countryside. Two years of separation made longer by silence. And now, with the world on fire, all that matters is finding each other again.

Summary
Baekhyun finds himself melting between Chanyeol arms. He could feel the leather of his jacket and his strong scent clouding his mind. As his lips graced the tender skin of his neck he can’t help but moan his name, breathless.
“Shh,” he whispers, “Do you want your coworkers to hear you?” Baekhyun could feel and hear his damn grin.
“Just hurry up and put it in, you brat.”
Chanyeol obeys.

Summary
“Well—maybe you’ll get lucky, and Lan Wangji won’t like you at all. Then he might send you home and keep up his part of the deal anyway!”
Nie Huaisang meant it as a joke, but Wei Ying sees potential.
After all: if there’s one thing he’s learned in the months since the engagement, it’s that he is utterly unsuitable for a place like the Cloud Recesses.
All he has to do is act like it.
(...After a century of war, the great sects are looking to make peace by the most common means: marriage. When Wei Wuxian is promised to the Lan Clan, it is thought to be a grave insult.
Things do not turn out the way anyone expects.)

Summary
Wei Wuxian had always seen the Unity Ceremony as a place to goof off and pull pranks on the Jin. He didn't have any reason to believe this year would be any different, until Madam Yu sat him and Jiang Cheng down and explained exactly what the cuffs on their wrist meant. Wei Wuxian wished he could laugh it off like Jiang Cheng, but instead he only had a sinking feeling.
That he was omega.
And that the future he was so certain of would be gone because of it.- Language:
