Apollo adds some guy to a bar study group chat and none of the chat's participants are aware that that random guy Apollo added? That is in fact the Turnabout Terror, the creator of the jury system, the legend: Phoenix Wright! Looks like they're in for a shock!

    Bookmarker's Notes

Better than the original HP. - stays canon compliant enough with a similar feel - narratively, levels of humour, etc - but even better with epic characters
Lupin is such a compelling protagonist, he feels incredibly well written.
Questus might be the best OC I've ever come across - so good!
Werewolf reveal in 2 is excellently written, as someone who adores and seeks out reveal fics from everywhere.
First time I found this series I couldn't stop reading and finished in a week (was 26 chapters into 4 at the time)

Statement of Jonah Magnus regarding his apotheosis and the beginning of his service to the eye.

(I try to figure out the Jonah Magnus timeline: the work. Attempts to stay as close to cannon and be as historically accurate as possible)

    Bookmarker's Notes

So incredibly well written - reads just like it's from the 1800s, with grammar, sensibilities, vocab and historical accuracy
Characterisation of Magnus is superb - feels incredibly evil but also understandably motivated - compelling evil protagonist.
Warning: sex scenes present, not my cup of tea though necessary for plot and I'm sure are equally well written, author is very accommodating, summarising missed plot in AN of next chap. for those who skip
To be reread whenever feeling like a villain

    Summary

“The concept is simple, however. Two artifacts that complement each other in origin, magic type, and usage may, when combined, temporarily produce something greater than the sum of their parts. It’s a “hit or miss” phenomenon, as Link likes to call things. Artifacts are rarely built to be companionable, and when they are, it is often a matter of chance. But it is fun to think about, is it not? For example, a magical lens and, say, perhaps a portal, if companionable, may create a portal to a dimension between dimensions -- to a place that is both hypothetical and real at the same time. A lucid, living vision of the most sincere kind of lies.”

    + + + +

Legend had always been far more curious, intelligent, and mature than any of his reincarnations give him credit for. But when he finds that his Magic Mirror and Time's Lens of Truth fuse into an artifact that reveals each hero's worst nightmares and deepest traumas, one of Legend's defining characteristics overpowers the others.

AKA: Where Legend can't keep his nose out of everyone else's nightmares and ends up creating a real-world nightmare for himself.

    Summary

After fifteen-year-old Jason Todd claws his way out of his own grave, it’s not the League of Assassins that find him—but Father Michael.

    Jason never becomes a killer.

    Instead, he becomes a priest.

Five years later, a grieving man unknowingly walks into the confessional of the child he lost.

“Bless me, Father,” he says. “It’s been five years since I buried my son.”

    Jason recognizes the voice instantly.

    Or,

A boy dies. A man rises. A prodigal son returns home.

    Bookmarker's Notes

    This fic made me cry.
It's been a while since I read this but the message is so cool, with really well done OCs
    Worth a reread soon
