“Milf alert,” Shota deadpans, carrying a tray of dirty dishes as he strides into the kitchen.
Nemuri whips her head around towards him so fast she’s surprised she didn’t snap it. “Artist girl is here? The one with the purple hair?”
“Oh my god,” Hizashi stares at her in horror. “You’re down bad.”
Shota comes to stand next to his boyfriend. “You don’t even know her name.”
Oboro cackles from where he’s pulling out a tray of cookies from the oven. Nemuri ignores the three of them, rolling her eyes even as heat rises to her cheeks.
“Shut up.” She takes a peek through the kitchen door window. The artist girl is sitting at her usual table, having already pulled out a sketchbook. Her son has one of his own, drawing intently with some crayons.
“Oooooh, look at that,” Oboro teases. “She’s already got a dopey smile on her face.”
