The foster care system brings Penny Lamb over to Uranium City, Saskatchewan, where she meets some interesting people. Specifically, a melodramatic gay dude obsessed with france, a perpetually angry ukranian rapper, a nice girl, a guy who's into catgirls, and Ocean O'Connell Rosenberg. Perfectdolls ensues... eventually. New chapter every Wednesday (or Tuesday cos timezones are confusing)
I wrote the first chapter when I was bored on the bus ride home, and the chapters have slightly improved in quality since. This fic is an absolute dumpster fire. Enjoy! :3
