The season.
Yep, it was finally here.
That time when the pack was filled with anticipation, anxiety, joy, stress… and a whole bunch of other emotions their wolves couldn’t control. Not that they wanted to; there would be courtships everywhere, and love blossoming between the most and least expected pairs.
But the Jeon pack had a peculiarity: the omegas took the first step.
As an alpha, you could spend the whole year trying to catch the attention of the one you wanted—you could give gifts, invite them out, do whatever you pleased—but once the leader gave the signal, you could only impress your desired omega in ways that didn’t resemble a courtship. Because, again, the omega decided to take the first step. And all the steps after that.
One would think that Jimin, being an omega, would be joyful in the whole affair. And yes, he would. If it weren’t for the fact that this season, his wolf had finally found itself drawn to someone: Jeon Jeongguk.
And if it weren’t for the possibility that maybe he wasn’t the right one for the alpha—no matter what his wolf claimed.
