Summary
Couriway’s hands landed around his shoulders, linking at the back of his neck. Feinberg bit down on his own tongue as the feeling of skin against skin, of his gentle heat, spread through him. Actors did this with their co-stars all the time, Feinberg reminded himself sharply. For all of Couriway’s legacy, he would’ve done so, too. It wasn’t like they were special.
“Something is fucked in your head, Couriway.”

Summary
The mattress shifts beneath Etho as he drags himself up, pulling the significantly nicer blanket off the bed. He crosses the stone line they’d hastily put up in the middle of the room splitting them in half to get to Bdubs’ side. He doesn’t miss the way Etho hesitates before stepping past it.
“Move over,” Etho says, and so Bdubs does. There’s just enough space on the other side for him to lay down, if Bdubs presses himself up against the wall. There’s just enough space for the both of them.
For even just a minute, as Etho tucks himself onto the shaking frame— It feels like how they should be, and the shivering cold recedes.

Summary
The tail end of his sentence bloomed out into a yelp as his teeth pushed into his flesh, breaths floating against his neck as Etho’s lips closed around the wound. The sting poked at his nerves, buzzing at the edges of his brain with something bloody and bright.
“You bastard.” It came with less bite than Bdubs wanted. “You jerk!”
Etho pulled away with an audible pop, warmth dripping sluggishly from the puncture marks in a red line down his neck. His lips were bloody, brighter than Bdubs had ever seen them. “Whoops.”
Or - Etho is hungry, and Bdubs is sufficiently annoyed.
