The first cognizant memories from Sanji's early years as a child spelled out the truth for him right away. Omegas weren't special. They had no value. They existed for one thing and that was for alphas to decide. Maybe that was why Sanji hated being at home so much. Aside from the abuse, the constant belittlement, and shoving, it was the way he was made to feel useless as if he had chosen to be an omega.
