James Potter : As a kid I used to really really hate change, it’d get me really freaked out, but moving to a boarding school kind of changed the metre for it a bit, although I don't recommend going that extreme if you don't like change, a lot of trauma comes with it, but building up a tolerance really, really helps, I promise.
And it's scary and it’s hard, because it is, its draining, and it does use a lot of energy, so reward yourself for it, have a sleep, have some chocolate, pat yourself on the back after doing it, but change, for me, really does help that sort of fuzzy feeling.
i am not omnipotent, i don't know everything, but I'm mentally ill and the marauders give me advise, so i thought i'd share :)
please ask any questions you want, i'll try and answer them, but like I said, I'm not an expert, just a nerd xx

The cold eyes watched, engrossed. Cold fingers met, a little twitch of a spark. The weird feeling of first contact mixed with a shiver of that fire deep inside. They slid closer, higher, entwining together, hand in hand, then a sharp, strong grip squeezing comfortingly on her wrist. Marlene couldn't breathe. Once again those sharp, sweet lips seemed to have stolen it all.
“What now?” the cocky grin asked. Marlene sucked in a little, the best she could do. Those sharp collar bones showed no signs of a lifejacket or bikini top, and up close the silver shine seemed all the less real. “You gonna pull me up? Or am I gonna pull you in?”

Maybe he was getting it, slightly. His eyes flicked down for a second, and he didn't look… flustered, but he did look… something.
“Hold still,” he ordered, voice slightly softer. Remus obliged. He felt the scratch of the liner and the cool of the paint in the corner of each eye. Sirius’ hands were lighter, more hesitant this time, as though he had at least some of a clue...

remember that tiktok scarer in 2022 everyone said was remus? well despite being tiny it took me this long to write it, so... yeah :)
The second time Sirius dragged them round the maze, the others knew what to expect- mind the gory nun from the right, and dodge the demon slider to the left. Sirius got a good look at him this time, and his attraction to the beast from hell was disturbing to say the least. He decided to blame his mother.
i want to write more of it, but i take so long to update, so i'll set it as finished, and add more when i write it :)

Summary
James has always been the life of the party, even when he was a child. Regulus Black hates this, he hates the way James Potter walks around like he rules the world, he hates that he has an ego the size of the Black Lake, but most importantly he hates when James's light dims and he curls into himself.
He hates when he sees James drinking more than usual. He hates not seeing James due to him being unable to get out of bed.
Overall Regulus hates James, until one day he doesn't.This is going to be a long ass fic, starting from year one until after the war. there will be lots and fluff and angst and I'm still unsure about the direction it will take but I can say that I am 99% sure that it will be a happy ending. i think this fandom needs it at this point.
