Summary
“I hardly believed it,” said Maedhros. “What are you doing here?”
"I bring a message from my father."
Maedhros blinked. "Really?"
Fingon grinned. "I believe his exact words were: you're visiting who, well if you must you must, say something suitable, something something friendship something something kinsmen, tell him good job keeping my brother's sons out of trouble, I'd rather wrestle another ice bear myself – but don't say it like that!"
_Fingon goes to visit Maedhros, accidentally arrives during a Fëanorion family reunion, and quickly regrets many (but not all) of his life choices.

“He won’t die,” Roman tells her, and she can’t see him now, but he sounds so fucking sure. “Trust me, he doesn’t actually want to be alone with Dad in the PetCo Mausoleum. He’ll wait for Connor to pop off before he jumps off Hudson Yards.”
Her breath hitches, despite herself.
“You’re an asshole.”
“He won’t die,” Roman says again, and Shiv thinks how can you know? Shiv thinks he could, Shiv thinks he’s been on borrowed time since Italy, since earlier, since God knows fucking when.
-
Set two weeks after the finale, Shiv and Kendall are forced back into each other's orbit.
